ps: QC, great if you could get those details and your ma's lawyer info that would be fab.

ta.

;-)

ps: ma already babysitting 4th august so can't ask again for 11th i'm afraid. i'd ask to be saved canapes too but they'd prob be mouldy by the time i got to eat them!

Kewcumber · 17/07/2007 11:44

Will do Paddle.

If they're prepared to lose a buyer with no/little chain for £500 they're mad. Did you like it when you went back to see it?

Steppie - her neighbours upsatirs are doing a loft conversion so scafolding is going up today I think. I understand that that your neighbours the other side are just starting work (what joy)

Paddlechick666 · 17/07/2007 11:58

eleusis · 17/07/2007 12:12

Congrats, Paddle. Which one is it? Are you still on my way home for after work chats? (and is there a good nearby Thai?)

rosmerta · 17/07/2007 12:23

Congratulations Paddle!

Ended up at Lollipop this morning, as the weather was nice wasn't too busy and no big kids there!

stepfordwife · 17/07/2007 12:39

whoo-hoo!
congrats and well done, paddle. how exciting. has it sunk in yet?

kew - are they?? know there are a few applications in. tbh, there's been constant building work since we moved here last year, but i don't mind - people have got a right to extend their homes, haven't they? and hopefully we'll be doing building work ourselves next year.

SushiMummy · 17/07/2007 12:47

Congrats, paddle.

Kewcumber · 17/07/2007 13:46

will you be driving distance to Tesco Mecca?

ComeOVeneer · 17/07/2007 13:51

OK so shall I start a new thread for the 11th August? I can hold it over until september if there are more takers (perhaps sept 8th).

faylisa · 17/07/2007 14:22

Wow this is an active thread! Thanks for all the welcomes. I may be an infrequent visitor as DS doesn't give me much time to be online these days.

Kewcumber · 17/07/2007 14:30

sorry faylisa - we talk far too much. Sushi will agree based on her first neeting with us that we're worse in real life!

stepfordwife · 17/07/2007 14:37

shut-up. kew

SushiMummy · 17/07/2007 14:40
Grin
eleusis · 17/07/2007 14:59

Hey, did you just Kew to shut up? Do I need to start another hug the Kewcumber thread?

Kewcumber · 17/07/2007 15:00

yes please Eleusis my feeling are very hurt. Try not to get this one deleted though...

stepfordwife · 17/07/2007 15:03

hee hee

eleusis · 17/07/2007 15:04

I didn't get the last one deleted. I think it was all that talk about "Anna666" and her partner's alledgedly miniscule willy.

HAven't seen her since. Perhaps she's still looking for his willy?

stepfordwife · 17/07/2007 15:06

don't dob me in to my dcs..nothing so smug as a 6-year-old spouting your own words at you a la""We don't say shut up, mummy.."

talking of which.better pick the brood up
toodlepip

Kewcumber · 17/07/2007 15:07
