Was thinking about going to weymouth for the day in half term. Anyone want to meet up?

Hope to be able to bring my 4 DC to weymouth in the half term hols. Its about 1hr train ride from me and we have done it before!
Thought it might be nice to meet some MNers on the beach(or somewhere else). [nervous emoticon]

I won't have a huge amount of money either. Its not cheap to get 4 DC in anywhere.

Depends what age soft play goes upto. One near me goes upto 12. DS1 is 10 but acts a bit younger!

I am happy to go where ever. It is hard to find something to suit all of mine age wise.

last year we were on weymouth beach and it poured down. Everyone left, except us we had the whole beach to ourselves. got some strange looks but kids were wet from see anyway! I gave my then 5yo an umbrella to keep himself a bit dryer and he put it over his sandcastle to protect it!

I am having a bit of a disaster. My buggy wheel snapped off yesterday. Stroller broke a few weeks ago so I am now buggy-less!

I am not sure what to do. Can't phone about spare part for 3 wheeler until Tuesday and worried about having Dd2 2,10 loose on wednesday when i have dd1 4 walking too.

If it's a nice ish day it won't be a bad walk alond sea front.
Don't know what to wear. definatley jeans. All my tops at the moment make me look like i have 10 spare tyres.
I have no casual jackets either. got rain/winter coats or zip up slogan jackets. After i read on here what some people think of those type of jackets i don't like wearing mine much anymore. Oh well.

Me and DH walk around there sometimes. The squirrels tried attacking me once, well isay attack, they started running after me. scary little critters, but cute though.
