Everyone to bring whatever they want to drink (so feel free to bring a soft drink if you are driving)

Lets agree a list of what we need first before allocating out:

I'm going to try to make this easy and cut down on the cooking for all

lets assume 10 people

tortillas (3 each?)
cooked beef mince
cooked chicken
grated cheese
avocado for slicing?
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
fried onions
fried peppers
kidney beans in chili sauce (could be bought)
salad

Anything else?

Pudding

Really don;t worry about crockery/cutlery you can all just help load it into the sdiashwasher at the end of the evening. Yes Ele you may cook prawns here, no barbeque but I do possess and oven

I want the beef nice and spicy. You can always cheat by frying it up with "taco seasoning"

Or you can make it mild and I'll add lots of salsa if others don't like if firy hot.

the taco seasoning powders are pretty good IMO.

I'm not a big chilli/hot person but the powder gives a nice flavour.

also, i'm guessing the BF-ers amongst us won't necessarily want super hot chilli beef unless they scoffed the like thru pg!

we could get some jalapeno peppers and server seperately for those who like a little heat!
