Everyone to bring whatever they want to drink (so feel free to bring a soft drink if you are driving)

Lets agree a list of what we need first before allocating out:

I'm going to try to make this easy and cut down on the cooking for all

lets assume 10 people

tortillas (3 each?)
cooked beef mince
cooked chicken
grated cheese
avocado for slicing?
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
fried onions
fried peppers
kidney beans in chili sauce (could be bought)
salad

Anything else?

Pudding

Ele I need the car in the morning so will drive home. I'll give you a lift to Kingston if you like.

If I make fruit salad is anyone going to eat it, or just the chocolate cheesecake? Happy to make it, just don't want it going to waste.

No problem. I was going to make it as late as poss anyway, so will wait and see what the general opinion is.

I will accept that ride to Kingston, thank you very much.

I will eat some fruit with my cheesecake. Why not make a small bowl.

Mellow - I LOVE photobox - they are close to dh's work and so prompt. I had to get some photographic evidence of damage and it was quicker for me to post them on photobox and get them delivered at home the next morning, than troopsing down to the High Street and going back later to pick them up. I recommend photobox to all my mates. Go for it.

Foxie - have new laptop - hope I can get it sorted for use at the caravan site whilst the lo's are next door dancing.

Do we have glasses for the margaritas?

I love dh - he has done the Nachos (makes the best ever), is now cooking the chicken fajitas and is going to load the car up with the chairs.
