Lets agree a list of what we need first before allocating out:

I'm going to try to make this easy and cut down on the cooking for all

lets assume 10 people

tortillas (3 each?)
cooked beef mince
cooked chicken
grated cheese
avocado for slicing?
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
fried onions
fried peppers
kidney beans in chili sauce (could be bought)
salad

Anything else?

Pudding

can we keep the prawns in teh same place as the beasn (I can;t stand the little critters)

We can if all the veggie people eat seafood. Wouldn't want to spoil the vegginess for anyone.

I was just thinking whilst I was scrubbing my kitchen - once a scrubber always a scrubber - how about bringing some disposable plates/cups so that sue doesn't have to wash up?

Erm, MrsR, it's bad enough that mince will be dripping out of wraps & tacos everywhere, we don't need the plates dissolving as well!

Thats what napkins are for. And we want to save on the washing up, plus if we're in the garden it won't matter too much.

Or I've got some disposable bids we could use and recycle!

just like to point out that there are cats who will hoover up anything we manage to drip LOL!

i think paper plates would be fine - they're not very expensive and completely recycle-able.

i can feel a headache coming on wrt to this evening LOL.
