Lets agree a list of what we need first before allocating out:

I'm going to try to make this easy and cut down on the cooking for all

lets assume 10 people

tortillas (3 each?)
cooked beef mince
cooked chicken
grated cheese
avocado for slicing?
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
fried onions
fried peppers
kidney beans in chili sauce (could be bought)
salad

Anything else?

Pudding

yes,indeed quokka and ele, i am bringing limes. how many do you reckon?
also how many cans of chilli beans (presuming we're talking cans and i'm not meant to have soaked beans overnight ready for a home-made chilli infusion..)
