foxcub · 27/04/2007 19:30

I panic about having nothing to do so fill up my diary - then panic cos my diary is too chocca - but hey we all do that don't we,

can't believe I walked home from the school in charge of five kids today 92 were DS1's mates)!!! and fed them all and fed Monti too...things must be improving...

foxcub · 27/04/2007 19:31

Paddlechick666 · 27/04/2007 22:00

feel sick now..........

pudding77 · 28/04/2007 08:48

Who was I chatting to when they said they could teach me how to use a sewing machine? Have a feeling it was either MrsR or COV?

MrsRecycle · 28/04/2007 09:41

Me!

pudding77 · 28/04/2007 09:49

Thought so! Would you mind coming round one time to show me?

MrsRecycle · 28/04/2007 09:54

No problems - how about Thursday next week?

foxcub · 28/04/2007 10:41

Wot's a sewing machine?

I thought clothes were those disposable things we buy, made by 4 year old Bolivian children, paid 1p a month?

MrsRecycle · 28/04/2007 11:01

my dh wishes they were - we have about 5 sewing machines littered around the house. How you doing foxie? Had a lovely time yesterday thanks.

foxcub · 28/04/2007 11:04

Still noty dressed yet MrsR - being a bad mother as usual

Hope that yummy mummy doesn't ring and say she wants to visit as the house is a pit and my hair is full of rats (well, almost...)

It was really nice to see you and DS yesterday - our boys are brill aren't they? Enjoy the sun today.

I'm planning to stick the Dc's in the paddling pool.

BTW Quokka - that bath seat really is the best thing ever - DS2 loves it so much

Paddlechick666 · 28/04/2007 12:17

anybody fancy Kingston Green Fair on May 28th Bank Holiday?

Paddlechick666 · 28/04/2007 12:22

just realised (as I hoovered up, into my mouth of course) the strawbs I bought for dd this morning are organic and delicious.

she of course didn't eat any but that may be due to her stuffing rice cakes all round tesco!

anyways, i normally don't buy the organic strawbs/grapes etc as they're too expensive.

but they're half price and that's why i grabbed them....

foxcub · 28/04/2007 14:15

Paddle - and everyone else.

We have been going to the Kingston Green fair for over 20 years - it is BRILLIANT!!!!!!!

A bit hippy, but brilliant. It ceased a couple of years ago as H&S requirements were tightened and it got to hard for the organisers to get the license, but I am SOOO glad its back on again - its great!!

lots of stalls and stuff for kids during the day, lots of crusties and music after 6pm. Lots of soft drug aromas all day!!!

seriously it is a good day out

foxcub · 28/04/2007 14:16

OK 20 years, not Over 20 years. I used to sell fossils at it when it started

foxcub · 28/04/2007 14:20

oooh I can't wait until Kingston Green Fair!

foxcub · 28/04/2007 21:50

WTF is everyone???

well if you won't chat, I'm off to feed DS2...[trots off in utter disgust]...

Paddlechick666 · 28/04/2007 22:45

i know foxie, it's blardy rude eh!

thanks for this arvo, really enjoyed the grown up chat.

maybe see ya tomorrow at Chiswick House?

Paddlechick666 · 29/04/2007 07:52

okay dd has now been asleep for 12 hours and 20 minutes.

at what point should i go and wake her?

this is unheard of! and i got up at 6:50am in order to sneak a shower.

i could've blimmin stayed in bed another hour at this rate!

she is breathing - i crept in and checked her 20mins ago.

and now, of course, i'm worrying that she's not well.

can't win eh!

mellow2 · 29/04/2007 08:14

Isn't it great when they sleep really well? There has been occasions when dd has managed slept till 9 am when she went to bed at 7.30 pm.
