I'm thinking of trying the Dandelion playgroup in Chiswick House grounds on Friday morning at around 10.30 if anyone wants to join me, have to be home by 12.20 latest so can't do any later but could do 10am.

i'm already signed up and got £260 raised on my justgiving site!

just can't organise anything right now. am struggling with life in general a bit at the mo i'm afraid.

size 4s are Le Coq Sportif and quite narrow so coule well be ideal for ds. will put in freezer with ice-cream

might send ma over to chiswick on friday with dd......

I'll let you know what I arrange for Friday in case she wants to join, I'm trying to get another friend from Putney along with a 2yr old DD.

presentation went well but I wasn't home until 6.45 (thank god for my mum).

Stepford perhaps you could offer to write the article! I'd be far more inclined to say yes if someone I know wrote it (get lots of requests but hae only said yes to the one wehre I knew the journo so far)

i can deffo vouch for Stepford's writing style and general approach - as i'm sure you all can from the article me and dd were included in.

anyways, it'll stop her doing stupid things like washing the front step to avoid doing any work!

HI all. Just back from "Monkey music". Have finally surcumbed (sp) to the realms of organised toddler classes, and actually ds loved it. Then hit Matalan for a mini shopping spree (I know how to live ) and have an hour to myself before school run (ds exhausted and fell asleep inthe car). It is great since we moved as I can leave him in the car and sit in the kitchen overlooking the drive so don't have to bring him in. If I tried that at our old place I prob would have had SS called on me.

Have posted on Quokka's thread. I will make a couple of desserts to bring along.

my mum is going to take Ds to that in KEw next week - it says only half and hour seems short - how much is it can I ask?

thinking about having our drive doe actually - we had a drive in ouyr last place and it makes life soo much easier when you've got LOs. Trying to get three kids under 7 into a car in the morning is a nightmare, let alone if its not right outside your own house.

...as I often mention to my neighbours !
