uh-oh, i have a very cranky toddler here.

the incredible sleeping child who required waking the last 2 days was awake at 5:50am today - my bloody day off with nowhere to go for another hour or so.

and i'm not feeling great myself!

Sue, hope DS is on the mend but hoping harder that dd hasn't got it.

I don't have any ice-cream LOL!

where's the paracetemol?

well DS is so much better today that I have let him go to CM and am keeping my fingers crossed, still has a sore throat but is eating and drinking fine today and temperature seems normal. So even if DD does get it Paddle I think its pretty short lived.

He slept not too badly, woke at 1pm (when I poured some nurofen and water down him) and then woke at 5.30am, which is quite a bit longer than yesterday! I however fell asleep on teh tube on the way into work this morning - they didn't mention this aspect of parenthood during my home study, snoring on the tube...

oh dear. i have a very listless little girl with a temp of 38.6.

she was a bit clingy at the picnic but ate well and she's drinking now.

have given her nurofen and will try her with some tea shortly.

really hoping it's teeth rather than anything else.

she's due for her mini-break away with Grandma on Thurs and I've got a major day at work tomorrow!

how selfish am I?

sue, glad ds is on the mend. lol @ snoring on the tube! i guess it comes with the territory.

well, she's eaten all her tea but she is having little cry moments.

really can't figure out if it's that behemoth of a tooth coming thru or if it's her throat.

she's drunk quite a bit and that doesn't seem to bother her.

well, i've stripped her down and the temps reduced to just over 37 and she's a bit perkier.

my daughter, she loves her food LOL.

we're both pretty tired after our day out so early bath and hopefully an early night.

I don't actually know I was snoring but I woke up 30 seconds before my stop (some kind of internal radar, don't know how I do it I just do it) and several people in the carriage were looking at me intently.

Maybe I was shouting "No no Mr Rochester desist at once"

dd temp down and asleep - sigh of relief and fingers crossed.

Sorry about Paddlette, DS is not quite back to normal but you would have to know him to realise that, not eating properly and generally not as bouncy, but much better and has gone of to sleep early tonight. Perhaps I will get more than 6 hrs tonight.

But I'm obviously not as much of a tart as you Paddle, I was putting up a token resistance

i am looking for a dentist to sort out my implant which fell off last night, so thats a few £££ i can ill affordand i guess i best bite the bullet and sort out the rest of the dental problems which i have been avoiding before it all gets much much worst

hi guys, got back this morning and not quite sure how I will make it through today! We couldn't find anywhere we like to rent but have decided to buy and have put an offer in on a condo !

anyway off to have a shower and another coffee, will read down and find out whats been going on.
