COV cr*p that would have scared the hell out of my and mighty angry that no one else was looking after the kidsas the cook chief maybe you should have exacted some revenge!

mrsD apologies, how are you surviving the holidays anyway?
about the housewarming it is dh birthday so i am likely to spend it reassuring him that he is not actually old at all

hi everyone else just got up so off soon to jog by the river, i really really feel like it

foxcub · 14/04/2007 10:07

jogging sfx? [impressed emoticon]

sue/paddle - I am around if you wanna meet this arvo....

cov - why wasn't MIL watching DS?

blimey Monti fed at 9.30pm last night and then slept from 10.30pm until 4.30am - that is SEVEN hours between feeds (bring on the concrete boobs) and six hours sleep !!!

Don't usually get excietd about children's sleep patterns but I was amazed!

woke this morning feeling shocked that I actually got some sleep!

mellow2 · 14/04/2007 10:25

hello mrsbigd,

i'm not sure about the housewarming. We're still trying to finish the website and I don't drive. Is it alright if we let you know in two weeks?

OP posts:
foxcub · 14/04/2007 10:31

mrsd - we're a yes for the housewarming!

custy · 14/04/2007 10:31

a

ComeOVeneer · 14/04/2007 10:33

MrsD can't make the housewarming I'm afraid, we have a Barmitzvah to go to. Hope it goes well though.

Eleusis · 14/04/2007 10:54

Not sure about the housewarming. I'm out on the 4th and 5th, so not sure if I can makethe daytime in 5th as well, as that is normally time to cram in the weekend chores.

And today I want everyone to feel sorry for me because I am sepnding it indoors doing my bloody US taxes.... hate them!!

MrsBigD · 14/04/2007 10:58

Hi Bunyan... you'll just have to come to the housewarming then so you can substantiate whether your dreams reflected the place accurately

SFX how old is dh going to be? dh and I will be 39 this year so if your dh is younger drag him along so he'll feel young LOL. Barely surviving holidays. Having both kids home is a nightmare ... don't know how foxie does it!

Foxie, will put you and the whole family down as a yes then

Comeovenere, can't compete with a barmitzvah I'm afraid and we'll be having lots of non-kosher stuff

MrsBigD · 14/04/2007 10:59

Eleusis... you'll have the monday for weekend chores as it's the bank holiday weekend and poor you re US tax return must be a nightmare doing it every year even though you don't live there

Eleusis · 14/04/2007 11:08

Can anyone take Countess Dracula's place as event organiser for the Mile for Maude in Richmond park. See thread here .

foxcub · 14/04/2007 11:15

Not me Ele - have my hands full atm

MrsD - is 5 May a Saturday? If so, it'll be me plus the 3 kids as DH works on saturdays. If its a Sunday he'll come too. Looking forward to seeing you all and having a nosey round your new place!

MrsBigD · 14/04/2007 11:21

Foxie as far as I know 5th is a Saturday

Mellow, no problem letting me know in 2 weeks.

Eleusis · 14/04/2007 11:25

Yes 5th is Sat.

Eleusis · 14/04/2007 11:25

What, am I the only schmuck just now doing my taxes???

Eleusis · 14/04/2007 11:26

Wrong thread. Damn!

sfxmum · 14/04/2007 12:19

Ele sympathies if it is anything like at our house there will be plenty of swearing and occasional broken crokery, take heart it will soon be done

mrsD we are both 38 will try to convince him but depends on public transport ease.

what happened to CD anyway thought she was organizer in chief for west london anyway

foxcub · 14/04/2007 13:34

sfxmum · 14/04/2007 17:25

foxie - be keeping that in mind i will need someone with the bug to push me along after next baby (thats forward planning that is)

suejonez · 14/04/2007 19:20

bunyanvillas · 14/04/2007 19:54

Sue, Foxie, Paddle - so sorry we didn't make it along to Chiswick today. Hope you had a great afternoon. Sue, how was the IoW?

sfxmum · 14/04/2007 22:30

well we had a nice dinner followed by drinks on the green and dd was not the least bit bothered that we left

she is however a toddler who cam hum the new artic monkeys single as well as knowing the names of a few indy bands which she claims to love, much to the amusement of the teen cousins who taught her these new skills

night night

Paddlechick666 · 15/04/2007 07:30

well, i've thrown in the towel and asked my mother to come down and take dd out to give me a break.

have had about 3 hours sleep and am completely on the ropes.

bunyanvillas · 15/04/2007 07:52

Oh poor you Can I help at all today? I am around all day with dd. Please shout if I can give you a hand with anything.

sfxmum · 15/04/2007 08:43

oh no paddle is dd ok? or is it from your side? i am so sorry i hope your mother is able to provide some respite

Paddlechick666 · 15/04/2007 08:44

thanks bunyan, am just waiting to hear back from my mother. was hoping she'd have been on her way by now.....

i'm just so fed up with both of us lurching from one illness to the next. feels like we've both been ill for the last 6 months!

sfx, glad dinner was stress free. little sfx really cracks me up!
