I'm moving to St. Leonards in Exeter, and have a 13 month old baby.
Would love to hear from anyone in the area to find out about baby groups or meeting up for a coffee...

all the best,

x

franca- were you pushing an empty buggy down the hill today and wearing a beige knitted hat and sheepskin type coat?!!!!!!!!!

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 06/02/2007 16:10

not that i'm stalking you........! but the lady in question kinda looked italian, not gesticulating but then she was on her own and that would be a bit odd by anyones standards...

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 06/02/2007 16:55

essbee- i could pass on your details, if i had any, and they could get in contact with you?

franca70 · 06/02/2007 18:41

yep I was the weirdo pushing the empty buggy! was that red car yours (the one parked in haldon rd)? I so wanted to wave, but had a major self conscious moment...
next time beep the horn, unless my hat does put you off...

franca70 · 06/02/2007 18:43

[I also don't push an empty buggy everyday]

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 06/02/2007 18:52

yes that was me! i wanted to beep but then didnt cos you didnt look my way then i thought i would but it was too late...
i thought you looked v fetching in your hat. i look like a man in mine. not a good look for me!
will beep if i see you tomorrow

franca70 · 06/02/2007 19:43

I'm so sorry I didn't look your way, I get really shy in these situations, and regress to adolescence.
it's very kind of you to say that, I actually feel quite hideous with the hat, but I'm always too cold.
hopefully see you tomorrow !

franca70 · 07/02/2007 15:56

Ivelost, I think I saw you, well at least your car, turning into haldon rd. I turned to look (I even managed a smile), and the car was parking...

ivelostmyboobsboohoo · 07/02/2007 15:57

franca70 · 07/02/2007 16:29

Perhaps I should open a coffee place in my front room...

fennel · 07/02/2007 16:31

Grin
fennel · 08/02/2007 09:47

did anyone else see a few rogue flakes of snow just now, in among the rain?

I cycled up St David's hill this morning at 9, saw lots of women with small children but no hats.

franca70 · 08/02/2007 13:58

I was dutily (have I just made up this word??) wearing my hat. But see no cycling women. Today I volunteered to take the children on a train ride (Central-st davids-central). now I'm knackered.

franca70 · 08/02/2007 14:00
