hello Harman, just thought I'd say hello so you aren't on your own.

How far south is your meetup? I've been trying to sort out a south London one, but I don't mind going to a Kent one, depending on how far it is!
My Mum and Nan both live in Kent (but opposite ends!) so I don't have a problem with driving.

It's always the kiss of death when I say I'll go, but at the risk of putting everyone else off.....

Did the last one get moved to Bluewater, or not actually happen? From Ashford Bluewater is just that bit too far.

I am a new member (first day) I live in Kent and I might be up for a meeting, depending on date etc as my partner works shifts and I work full-time.

Freckle · 05/04/2004 18:41

I'm a Maidstone girl too. Happy to do Bluewater or the designer centre in Ashford, provided I leave my trusty cards at home or dh won't let me out again

Not sure what you class as new. Been a member for ages but have posted only sporadically until recently. I'm not far from the town centre - Bower Mount Rd. And you?

LOL! I'm more likely to meet up if you are a nutter - but only of the nicer sort. Gosh, how do we work out if we know each other without giving away all sort of info on an open forum??

I have 3 boys who are 10, 8 and nearly 6.

Freckle · 05/04/2004 20:02

OK, now that harman and I have established that we don't know each other, anyone else up for a meet? If so, where?

mandalay · 05/04/2004 21:02

I'm fairly new too! but depending on where and when I'd love to come along! I live near Sevenoaks.

sorry wasn't on line after dinner last night - I live in Folkestone, so not too far from Maidstone.

MeanBean · 06/04/2004 09:07

I'm in Kent as well, in Rochester. Would be up for a meet-up.

Seems to me that Ashford would be the best place, being fairly central between Rochester and Dover/Folkestone (is there anyone further west than Rochester?). So maybe tallulah can suggest somewhere?

Only at lambing time, I believe. Would it be easier to meet without children, as we'd have quite an age range to cater for? Mine are 5, 8 and 10.
