Let's start a new thread the old one is getting too long

I'm off travelling 22-29th but before then I hope I'd be able to 'find' some time but probably not in the week leading up to 22nd as dh would probably divorce me

lemonaid LOVE IT I have 2 ds so double the fun, guess where I'm taking them today!

2cute so glad I didn't offend but I'm sure I will get there eventually

Paddlechick666 · 15/09/2006 08:32

i'm up for the 29th at the childsplay too.

in the meantime is anyone keen to do "something" on Monday?

MrsBigD · 15/09/2006 08:39

2cute dd hasn't been to the cm in ages LOL and whe she was there wasn't quite vocal yet, but she did come out with the odd 'strange' word, well strange to me she was using their patois No issues with that though, the more languages they are exposed to at a young age the better

Quokka I well remember the arguments I've had with colleagus when I was working in IT... how to pronounce 'router'

quokka · 15/09/2006 08:42

what about Kew on Mon?

quokka · 15/09/2006 08:44

mrsbigd theres a take away place in OZ called Red Rooster and that was nicknamed Red Rooter

quokka · 15/09/2006 08:45

No more - I promise!

pudding77 · 15/09/2006 08:52

Morning all, I can't do Mondays as ds has his swimming then and he's always exhausted afterwards. Does anyone want to meet up on Tuesday?

I like the sound of child's play but is it more for older children?

quokka · 15/09/2006 08:56

Pud I will be taking my ds who is nearly 8 months, how old is yours again?

pudding77 · 15/09/2006 09:22

He's nearly 8 months as well, I guess it's worth giving it a go

quokka · 15/09/2006 09:53

they even serve fresh baby food

Paddlechick666 · 15/09/2006 10:25

kew would be great but we're still awaiting our passes ;-(

pc666

ps: 2cute sorry you can't make it tonight but hope to meet you soon.

quokka · 15/09/2006 10:30

I've got free passes you can use if another venue isn't decided on

2Cute · 15/09/2006 11:01

Morning all...

Quokka (Red Rooter hey? Can that be the next meet up venue?

Monday / Tuesday sounds good to me (not that familiar with Kew though).

pudding77 · 15/09/2006 13:50

Did the monkey music class this am, ok but think it's a bit pricey really. Will try the Weds one at Watermans, see you there quokka?

quokka · 15/09/2006 14:36

I'll be there, what session are you going to?

pudding77 · 15/09/2006 14:57

The first one I think, which is for 0-2 at 10.30am - is that right?

MrsBigD · 15/09/2006 15:08

not fair I heavily object to those meetings during working hours!

OP posts:
lemonaid · 15/09/2006 15:20

I'm with MrsBigD... we should have a really exciting work meeting instead and that will just show them all ... or something ...

quokka · 15/09/2006 16:06

I usually go to the 11:30 but as I have 2 ds one is under 2yrs so will be fine in that session as well. It will be better for lunches and sleeps anyway
Maybe we should start another thread for sahm's so others don't get jealous

pudding77 · 15/09/2006 17:52

Are you sure quokka, cos I can do the later one as well - I just thought it was split up into age groups?

quokka · 15/09/2006 18:02

No its fine then they can eat after rather than me trying to feed them just before it starts. I've been meaning to try the earlier class anyway

pudding77 · 15/09/2006 18:05

OK, I'll see you then - shall I have ds carry a flower so you know who we are ?

quokka · 15/09/2006 18:10

I have brown shortish wavy hair, red glasses, ds1 has ginger hair and ds2 has not much blonde hair - you wont be able to miss us I promise

quokka · 15/09/2006 18:11

If I can't see a flower then I'll get ds1 to start calling out Pud!

2Cute · 15/09/2006 19:29

Quokka - out of interest, how many SAHM's on this thread?
