Nanou just think that you can't break computers, don't be scared of them. If they go all funny then just turn them off and back on again - thats how I've learnt but your are more than welcome to came and have a lesson

Thinking of starting a new thread "pink or brown - how do you like your meat?" Just to see the reaction? Might wait till oxoxoxox gets back from PL might need her backing me up!

Mrsbigd very very upset you didn't make it (tut tut)! I mean you could have taken something to make you feel better . Hope the dentist isn't too bad.

Nanou1 · 01/09/2006 11:58

"quokker"... i understand you but can;t risk getting the pc system down at work cos then they would give me the sack for spending my time on MN .
pink... in the middle!!!!!!

MrsBigD · 01/09/2006 12:00

quokka if I had been able to keep anything down to make me feel better I would have 'tut tut' right back at ya LOL

xoxoxo · 01/09/2006 15:22

nanou1: click on 'threads I'm watching' at the top, then click on 'remove thread' from whichever summary to want to get rid of.

Fatfox: thanks for lovely, healthy (until icecreams) walk in the sunshine. My kids ahve now said they want a nap - I'm off for 40 winks. Happy happy happy. And they have finally eaten a cheese sandwich.

Quokka: I like my meat still mooing, please. If it can't run away from me, it's overcooked..

must go now. quilt beckons....(skips longingly towards bed)

xoxoxo

We really enjoyed the park too - the weather was great wasn't it?

We dashed to Sheen afterwards and bought new shoes for DS and DD; sensible school shoes for DS, pink and fluffy ones for DD

Then DD had her "big girl haircut" - she enjoyed going to the hairdressers SO much (her first visit), I've a feeling its going to be alifelong passion

Sue - how did your afternoon go with your visitor?

Uwila - it may rain tomorrow, but we're still on for Climbers & Creepers. I'll check the weather in the morning and we can play it by ear if you like.

Sue - do you want to give one of us a call when you a free after your lesson? (07779-289-041)

CD/Mrs Big D - hope you are feeling better now, around the mouth area

MrsBigD · 01/09/2006 19:25

thanks feeling o.k. been put on antibiotics and re-scheduled the root canal for in 10 days as he's not sure which side he'll have to do first!!! argh

oooh so disappointed to miss the park yesterday, sounds lovely

it really ended up being a rubbish day all around culminating in a nice little row at 9:30pm with dh about dd's lack of bedtime routine etc.

So I took her to bed and didn't come back LOL.

Oh well, off to pick up the step-kids now so maybe Kew Fayre later.

PC666

ps: hope all mouths/fangs are recovering and that you're less panicky SJ. Very exciting to hear you're off so soon!

fatfox · 02/09/2006 09:37

Paddlechicks - we missed you too

If you are at Kew Fayre later, give us a buzz on my mobile as we may have a little gang there.

The weather looks dire though, so we'll have to play it be ear

suejoneziscalmernow · 02/09/2006 10:05

I'm not going out if its pouring - though we could trash M&S cafe or the nice ladies in the church hall doing teas...

bumpmakestwo · 02/09/2006 22:08

Can't believe you lot didn't talk about kagols, kajagoogoo or adult entertainment! Don't feel like I missed out now though! Lol. When's the next one?

fatfox · 03/09/2006 20:33
