Oh yes and I'm a haggard old crone (41) with a slightly panicky look and a paperbag to breath into in one hand.

xoxoxo · 18/08/2006 17:45

Oh God, if you are young and good looking then sod off
For recignition, suggest Times under the armpit. red rose etc... or, as you say, call.

fisil · 18/08/2006 19:51

xoxoxo that's so unfair - that means that I'm excluded too.

sfxmum · 18/08/2006 20:29

suejonez - just realised you are the one with a thread about adoption and nutrition a few weeks back, i remember posting something about Jane Clarke i hope that is going well

fatfox · 18/08/2006 21:08

Suejonez - How about 2.30pm in Starbucks? If its pouring when we are leaving, I'll call your mobile and we can detour to M&S.

Sue/Xoxoxo actually I'm pretty unmissable - mainly because I have red hair and am starting to look pregnant round the middle. 5'8", size 16 (ooooh), blue eyes and boobs like watermelons! Or is it prunes? Also, I generally have the worst behaved children any where we go.

Xoxoxo, see you at 10.30 on Monday. I've a wierd feeling the entrance to that Duke St place may actually be round the corner on Richmond Green. Will walk down the street with that nice Italian deli and will look out for you.

How was everyone else's day?

suejonez · 18/08/2006 21:36

Fine 2.30 it is - I'll be the one about twice your size with (probably) even more impressive bosoms (but will try and keep them under control seeing as its Starbucks).

suejonez · 18/08/2006 21:37

hi sfxmum - 'tis indeed going well, I would even (tentatively) go as far as to say swimmingly...

fatfox · 18/08/2006 21:38

Suejonez - STOP IT! ROFL

suejonez · 18/08/2006 21:42

I can't help it - they're large, they have a life of their own at times.

MrsBigD · 18/08/2006 22:09

oy you will you stop that talk about big bossoms... I'm starting to feel inadequate here!

XoXoXo

Sorry but I have to give my apologies for Monday morning

I checked the calendar this morning and realised that DS has tennis lessons booked all next week from 10.30am-12 noon. I booked these back in July and had completely forgotten about them! . I think I've been a bit distracted, obsessing about scans...

Sorry to mess you about. Are you around the following week, I am definately free on Weds 30 August and Friday 1 Sept, if you fancy doing something with the children.

Let me know and perhaps we can do something else instead.

fatfox · 19/08/2006 12:38

Mrs BigD

So BigD doesn't stand for Big D cups then?

nuttysquirrell · 19/08/2006 16:32

hi there im mummy to two beautiful daughters first one aged 10 and second aged 3

quokka · 19/08/2006 16:55

Hi Nuttysqirrell (love the name) . I live just near Gunnersbury park so not too far from you. I have ds 2yrs and ds 6 months and I'm thirty next month . I'm a newbie on this thread also, but everyone is really friendly so welcome.

quokka · 19/08/2006 17:34

Just googled hirschprungs disease, poor little vegemite. Sounds like you have your hands full, are you one of those supermums?

MrsBigD · 19/08/2006 19:04

hi nuttysquirrel welcome to the mad West London bunch

Where in Ealing are you? I'm near Pitshanger

quokka what's the long face re being 30 soon? life only starts after that anyhow

MrsBigD · 19/08/2006 19:05

fatfox... not the D doesn't stand for voluptous D-cups managed to get to DD during pg and shortly after but since then downward trend (and not just the gravitational) if I manage to loose the weight I want to probably only be a meagre B not that dh is complaining

OP posts:
quokka · 19/08/2006 19:10

mrsbigd its a mixture of dh teasing me and having a lousey week of ds1 being a terrible 2yr old. He has just started to ignore everything I say so am really frustrated. I know its normal and he'll find something else to annoy me with soon enough.
Need to do something to cheer me up, maybe a shopping trip without the kids and dh credit card will do the trick!

MrsBigD · 19/08/2006 20:23

sounds like a good idea... as for the 2 year old not listening to anything you say... having the same problem with dd atm and she's nearly 5. Since I've been away it's battle of the will galore of course accompanied by her looking and sobbing really miserably when she's being 'punished' and making me feel like I'm the world's worst mother. Then again can't let her get away with everything can I now... I think she's soooooo ready to start school...

Ahem, attention please ladies...

For those attending the soiree at my house on 31 August, the festivities will commence at 7.30 until the neighbours complain or your DH's complain. Email me on suejonez at aol dot com with a mobile phone number (in case of emergency on the night) and I will reply with my address and number and the secret password to gain you admittance.

I will provide:

Chili - mostly meat with a bit of veggie
Garlic bread

Please wave your arm if you are prepared to produce any of the following:

Rice and/or Jacket potatoes
Salad (I can provide dressing)
guacamole
Sour Cream
Salsa
Nacho's
Cheese
Deserts
Milk (for coffee as I rarely have any milk)
Beer
Wine

Have I missed any essential accompaniments you American lot?

I am expecting about 12 people so bear that in mind when catering.

suejonez · 19/08/2006 20:40

And Fatfox is indeed "young looking and very attractive", though I have a far more magnificent bosom than her, the big fibber.

quokka · 19/08/2006 21:05

I can bring the salad, got fresh lettuce and rocket in the garden .

fatfox · 20/08/2006 06:50

Suejonez

Nice to meet you yesterday and sorry about the children's behaviour . Mind you, I had been completely ignoring them for over two hours! They let off steam afterwards in Kew Gardens with a big run around and some rather loud screaming.

To other's : you will be very dissappointed when you meet me !!!

Apart from with the boobs of course, which are huge.

Shall I bring some nice ice cream and blueberries? Does that sound American-ish?

MrsBigD and Quokka, my DS aged just 6 is also going through a very disobedient phase. His teacher has even mentioned it . He basically just ignores everything I say and is constantly pushing the boundaries.

Hello....I said: HE IGNORES EVERYTHING I SAY!!

Nuttysqirral, welcome to the wild west London bunch. I work in Ealing (W5, near the town hall). Are you W5, W13 or south Ealing?

Oh dear, I've been awake since 4am. Kept looking at scan photos of beanie. I think I'm falling in love...
