I didn't think she could but haven't 'spoken' to her for a bit. What a shame.

Mingle - Ronniebaby has kindly offered to collect it for you on Thursday and to save the postage costs. Hope that makes it easier!

I've just introduced a new mum to the fold of Mumsnet, she lives in Nottingham, but can't make this meet up.

Janhr, can you remind me next meet up to email her so she can be invited along.

See ya tomorrow, DS & me are really excited, he is more than me mind you

WE are still on for tomorrow too. DD will love it

Been out most of day at Sundown Adventure Park. Pity it is too far away for a Derby meet as it is lovely for little ones. Cold but didn't dappen our day at all.

for the next meet up which I really hope to make - there is a lovely soft play/adventure place at Ripley called Planet Happy. They also do fab cappuchinos (sp!) and there is also a good one at Alfreton called Genesis. It has a good little play area and an adventure ball pit for older toddlers. It is probably suitable for up to 5 year olds. Again, there is a very reasonable cafe and you can sit and watch your children at a safe distance!

What a shame you two can't make tomorrow's meet. I hope you can the next though.

I am pretty flexible where I get to as I am this side of Derby anyway (Sheffield). Think RB and Jan are the other side though.

In the warmer weather we have been to Markeaon Park which is lovely.

Looking forward to it!!! See you all tomorrow at 10:30. Hope I find it okay! You do have my mobile number someone???

Report
Ronniebaby · 18/02/2004 21:02

I have your mobi Hula.

Do you mean Ripley Derbyshire, not Ripley North yorks.

As to driving I drive the width and breadth of the country so places aint a problem, as for Janhr, she'll go whereever I take her

Hula - I don't have a problem coming to Sheffield as I pass that way a lots anyhow, its just Derby is easy as some of the brum moms can make it there also.

I think Thursday 8th April had been suggested for Easter meet. I am not sure when we are going away, so I may not be able to make that.
