OK, so who would be interested in another Northern "lasses" meet up.

I'll own up and say I'm completely bombed out pre Christmas, and my idea of fun isn't fighting the Xmas shopping crowds to find lunch + and I need something to look forward to in the dark and dreary days of January, but that doesn't stop the rest of you meeting up before hand, if you want to. I promise not to sulk.

Can I come? I'd love to meet everyone, and Manchester is easy for me as I live in Sale - Dadslib, whereabouts do you live?

I can't work out which way is south - are you anywhere near Ashton Park?

ninja · 21/11/2003 14:33

OOh yes please - I like Tampopo food wise, but Wagamama at the printworks is good and cheap too, Printworks is also easy for going out after (nothing to do with it being convenient for my train home!)

You've brightened up my day

Rhubarb · 21/11/2003 20:41

I can't promise to be there as little 'un will only be around 6 weeks old, but I will try!

popsycal · 21/11/2003 21:16

i live miles away from anchester but....
dadslib..if you were born in '69, are you not going to be 34?
just wondering...

ninja · 21/11/2003 22:21

Rhubarb - it'd be good to see you there and you know there'll be lots of willing hands if you're with little one and lots of sympathetic ears if not

motherinferior · 22/11/2003 11:29

I am so jealous - I love Manchester.

you do realise that dadslib will be revealed to be a wispy little madam called Ethel?

forestfly · 22/11/2003 12:49

So when is it? Is it day with kids, or night.

Hughsie · 22/11/2003 13:06
