yes please. I do have a couple of questions though. Is there shopping list in place so I can meal plan and is the boot camp for a period of time and at that point can we up our carbs to whole meal pasta etc? (Thinking ahead as single mum would be great if I could eat the same as my DC)

There isn't a shopping list as such, but there are various lists of what we can/can't eat, so I'll see if I can dig those out for you.

Bootcamp will last for 8 weeks (I think I said that in the OP, did I not?!)

And no - you can't up your carbs to wholemeal pasta! It makes no difference if it's white or wholemeal - pasta is too high in carbs for Bootcamp. (Or any low carb diet, come to that). No reason why your DC shouldn't eat what you do though - they will not melt if they don't have pasta!

Hi @BIWI good on you for BC #?. Are you keeping count?

I'm contemplating next BC but wondering about accountability. I might do BC Pick 'n Mix. Will the big stick be wielded on transgressors?
I might be top of the class too!

And also, here's the spreadsheet from the last Bootcamp . If you look at the tabs at the bottom, you'll find Bootcamp rules.

If you click on the link in my post to @StellaGibson2022 then you'll also find info about what we can/can't eat.
