@Lougle I saw your update on the last thread, and I'm very, very pleased for you

The next Bootcamp will start at the end of July (I'll post a sign-up thread in a couple of weeks), but in the meantime, we'll keep this chat thread going.

Well done @comfortablyfrumpy 👏. I've finally made it to the 2 stone off since Jan bootcamp which has been a target which feels like for ages!

Only 1lb to get to 10 1/2 which was goal weight so hopefully get there by the end of next bootcamp although my AI holiday may scupper that.......

@comfortablyfrumpy and @SummerSazz , that's amazing for both of you!

The pancakes were ok, but they didn't hit the spot like carby MC carb face ones, so I don't think I'd do them again. It's a bit like artificial sweeteners - if I can't have the real thing, I don't want to substitute.
