I'm 77kgs this morning, I want to get down to 50 - 55kgs. I'm a shortarse at only 148cm, so 50 kgs is the ideal weight for my body type. I did low carb last year and got down to 71kgs but gave up late November. I'm going to stick to it this time because at 45 years old, it is having a big impact on my health. And having massive boobs doesn't help my back or health either.

Morning all - just added myself to the spreadsheet (and hopefully not messed it up!)

Realistically I have 2 stone to shift but would be happy to lose 1 this Bootcamp.

Going to be a challenge this time as I'm now working in a busy hotel kitchen with all the lovely food 🙈 have also got a little too fond of pints of coke to keep me going through the day!

Morning Monday motivated boot campers.
I've been doing since 1st and lost 6.5lbs of the Christmas weight already. Really happy with that. Looking forward to getting the focus bootcamp gives me. My aim for this year is get get my body fat % below 32. Currently 34.9%.

I bought myself a pair of Levi's yesterday which was one of the things I promised myself if I ever managed to lose enough weight as I've never had a pair before.
WATER!!!

@RagzReturnedUnwrapped I'm exactly the same, trying to focus on the green veg this time.

I have got a carafe of water with cucumber slices and it's really refreshing - makes a big difference from the usual can of diet coke I start the day with (I don't like coffee, and I kid myself that I need the caffeine boost). I can't believe the unhealthy habits I've let build up over time. Very ready to make a change.

Good morning everyone and thank you @BIWI

I’m on my way to work with my packed lunch and breakfast and an absolutely huge water cup/straw that I bought yesterday and feeling very positive.
Breakfast: egg frittata with lots of veg
Lunch: tuna Mayo and salad.
Dinner: probably steak but definitely buttered spinach and mushroom as a side.

I’m going to fry some bacon lardons to add to left over veg to have as my lunch tomorrow.

Can I just ask what FTGV stands for? (Someone mentioned it on page one)
I’ve tried googling but no luck. Sorry I’m sure it’s mentioned on other threads but as far as I can see not on this one.

I've started this morning and I know this works from previous low carbing successes but I'm so impatient for the results I wish I could fast forward a couple of weeks.

I've poured the water into carafes - just need to drink it now. Going to add some cucumber to jazz it up a bit as someone suggested above.

Morning everyone. After a weekend spent clearing the cupboards of carbs I am starting at 12st 3.0lbs - I have 2 stone to lose to get back to where I was last June (oops) and then another 10lbs after that to get to the top of my happy weight band.

In other words, I have an entire sack of horse feed to lose, so I'd better get on with it!

I can’t see my name on the spreadsheet but also can’t see rows 6-21 so it could be, will come back and check later and add weight then. I won’t be starting until tomorrow as I don’t pick shopping up until tonight, couldn’t get it ib sooner as one of my DCs tested positive for covid! Good luck to all starting today and don’t forget to Drink all the water!

Hello, reporting for Boot Camp at 138.01 lbs.

I did bootcamp with very good results last April and have continued to lose weight since then. I'm keen to improve my discipline, routine and planning.

Morning all.
I have managed to stick to this WOE (just) since the Oct 2020 bootcamp so 2 Christmases, shit tump of birthdays and a few caravan holidays. Have lost a total of 17lb.

I have also got up this morning with a horrific hangover which I have to try to work through so tbh my proper bootcamp will be starting tomorrow. Apart from the no drink bit. That bloody well starts now! Grin

I lost 6lb last week! Very happy with that.

Had bacon, tomatoes and scrambled eggs in butter for breakfast. Got a beef stir fry with lots of green veggies for lunch and then having a picky bits dinner of meat, cheese, olives, veg sticks etc.

I found out last week that I needed way more water than I'd realised. Have upped the amount and now peeing what seems like hourly! Sure it will settle.

Reporting in... Stepped on the scales this morning for the first time in ages and had a small meltdown; am the heaviest I've ever been by far, put on 2+ stone in the last year. Bit sad that I've not treated myself better, but like lots of others on here, extra keen to change my habits for good.

I know water is important, but I've lost the post where it lists how much you should be drinking based on weight. Could anyone remind me?

Also am I right in thinking there is usually an option to like put 100 and reduce from there, rather than actual weight?

@TakeItCheesy I too have put on 2 stone in the last year, after having done so well the first year of lockdown - not losing weight but not putting it on either. But something about the relentlessness of the last year, family illness and lockdow and losing all perspective over Christmas and new year means that I am fatter than ever. Good reminder about the water, where I always struggle. I've dug out some low carb rolls out of the freezer and had a LC breakfast for now.
