2021 Pre-Christmas Low Carb Bootcamp

Welcome to the last Bootcamp of 2021!

This Bootcamp will last for 8 weeks, which will take us up to Monday 13 December.

It's slightly different from other Bootcamps - firstly because it only lasts for 8 weeks (rather than 10), but also because there are going to be different stages.

So ...

Weeks 1 and 2 will be, as ever, strict Bootcamp.

Weeks 3-6 will be strict Bootcamp during the week, but relaxing into Bootcamp Light at weekends

In weeks 7-8 you will have a choice - either back to strict Bootcamp or full-on Bootcamp Light for the last fortnight

Hey y’all! Haven’t RTFT since my last post (wonderful and weird family weekend plus lots of work), but keeping myself going as I know I need this group right now (always, but definitely right now)!

Will read through later and at some point I should probably weigh in, ha. Hope all y’all are rocking Bootcamp. Mwah!

Went for my first run one minute walk one minute x 10 today. It was ok! Hopefully burnt some of my fat stores as im so low carb.

Hello! Here I am again, desperate! I’m 5ft 2 and 15 stone :( it’s been a tough old road this year but I am determined. I ONOW how much easier it is to control my appetite once I get into this Bootxamp zone.

So I am joining if that’s ok?

Please help me be accountable- these first few days are the hardest for me.

Breakfast was
2 boiled eggs, 20g salmon, 20g goats cheese carrot cucumber and peppers and sauerkraut. Green tea.

Hi all - has anyone tried the Seriously Low Carb loaf or rolls ? Just seen they are doing 50% off some of their products today, so I’m going to give them a go :-)

I like the rolls @Rach2u52 they're great for a bacon butty or burger. I don't rate the bread as it's too small and thin to do much with although it is nice toasted and topped with scrambled eggs. I thought the brownies were a waste of time. I'd rather have one "real" brownie and take the carb hit than a dozen not-so-nice low carb fake versions.

@StuntNun ok, good to know. Thank you. I’ve ordered some bread and rolls, so will let you know how I get on. I really miss bacon sandwiches, so hopefully a fix for me. I didn’t know they did brownies
