Sunday night here is games night, so better that I start the thread now, before I forget as I've gone to bed so late!

I truly hope that this link to the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness works!

Apologies if it doesn't, but hopefully someone will come and post a working one if it doesn't!

I love week 2, as for those who haven't low carbed before the results are often spectacularly incredible!

But even for those of us who are more used to low carbing, hopefully this first week has seen you make a good start.

It's looking like some warmer weather is heading our way, which always makes things seem more positive - but also focuses our minds on things like skimpier clothing, so hopefully will help to keep us toeing the line!

I hope the scales have rewarded your hard work, and here's to a good week ahead Flowers

No Bootcamp light for me, I think I am only just starting to get to grips with this.

It's really clear that the days I have eaten lots of veg throughout the day, and drunk the required amount of water are the days I've felt better in the evenings.

I’ve had problems with lack of focus and organisation, and I will spend some time today planning meals for the rest of the week.

Also I’ve made some assumptions about low carb veg. I now know that green beans and runner beans are different. I thought cabbage and onion were very low carb and they aren’t. I’ve had quite a bit of tomato in my salads, and made quite a few tinned tomato based meals.

I’ve lost 4.2lb in total, 3 in week one and 1.2 this week. This is a great improvement for me because before I started this, I had been steadily gaining weight since Christmas, and I hope I’ve put that into reverse now.

I’m going to try to cut milk out completely as it is a problem for me. I am not missing wine or crisps, though.

Thanks for all the support and interesting posts.

@Stepharoo78 and @ElasticFirecracker

What have I asked about reading all the thread?!

I'm trying to double check things I eat, especially veg. And have some questions.

Pizza sauce

I often make a version of this and the crust is very similar to the recipe on here, which Question about pizza sauce, which lists pizza sauce as an ingredient.

I usually top mine with a scattering of chopped up baby plum tomatoes. They cook well and form a sort of sauce.

Tomatoes are in the 'orange' vegetable section, so now am worried that I shouldn't be using them.

Should I

(a) not have any tomato on my pizza.

(b) carry on with what I normally do. Which means I would eat the equivalent of about 4 or 5 small tomatoes.

(c) make a tomato sauce from tinned tomatoes and seasoning?

Orange Veg in General

I notice people are having cabbage which is on the orange list. Is it OK to have a limited amount of 'orange' veg every day, but mainly 'green'.

I'm sorry if this is clearly explained somewhere, I have been looking and can't find it.

Thank you.

Sorry, I thought I was posting that in week three again. I'm not sure how I managed to post it in the wrong place.
