Had a brilliant dinner tonight. Wicked M'shrooms in a stir fry with shallot, red pepper, a bit of tomato. Accompanied by another stir fry of leek, garlic, ginger, kale and spinach. With 10%fat Yogurt mixed with some smoked paprika. (minus the fajita wraps that dh had)
I rarely eat pre-prepared food but the Wicked M'shrooms looked interesting, and they were a good meaty texture, nice alternative if you're looking for a meat free meal.
I've added photos of the packaging and nutritional content, plus a pic of the left overs for tomorrow's lunch, probably with a fried egg.
