Morning all, hope everyone is well.

My food plan for today is:

B: bacon x 2 and eggs x 2 with mayo
L: left over pork chop and fried aubergines from last night
D: egg fried cauli rice with stir fried vege and salmon fillet

I'm conscious now of how much less my appetite is, that I am naturally eating smaller amounts and feeling completely full. Yet another reinforcement of how much this WOE works.

It sounds like I am going to have to try this pork carnitas recipe!

FurFoxAke · 11/03/2015 09:40

Morning all, just SMS, I haven't read at all, bit busy in that odd thing called RL Hmm. I don't like it one bit. Grin

Still KOKO, lots of water, feeling good so yay! No whoosh fairy as yet, those jeans are still laughing at me.

Today's food is..
B 6/7 nuts and a BPC
D roast (in butter) chicken salad with mayonnaise
T chicken fried in butter and coconut oil, plus buttery spinach.

What are the fat bombs I've seen somewhere? Or did I imagine that? Grin

Take care everyone, hope you're all well and losing!

Fatstacks · 11/03/2015 09:55

Is there a link for the carnitas please?
I need to scuba camp for a few days, evil shifty scales show a 2lb gain Sad I'm going to try dairy free until the weekend.

sassandfaff · 11/03/2015 10:04

furfox

Fat bombs

sassandfaff · 11/03/2015 10:08

We don't put any sweeteners in though.

Ingredients are usually

85% choc
Raspberries
Coconut oil
Coconut
Butter
Peanut butter
Almonds
Cream

And then we just experiment, trying different combinations.

Notso · 11/03/2015 10:14

X-post Sass!

BitchyDoesWitchyThings · 11/03/2015 10:47

Oooo scuba camp. I did one of those once and was given a very unflattering picture as a souvenir. It didn't make me want to repeat the experience. Blush

Mrsstevejones · 11/03/2015 11:02

Morning all i am back, had a lovely time, very relaxing just what i needed! I have put things firmly back into perspective and am no longer a petulant child and i will just shake it off!

There was a bit of carby twattiness involved... thump.. jumps back on the wagon with both feet and draws a line. Wont be weighing in on monday either.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes, had a lovely swim, steam and dip in the hot tub and sat and made plans with DH about getting everything done. Feeling very positive now. I try not to do self pity but i do have a tendency and sometimes just need to say F**K EM!

Started the day with a fry up but still feeling hungry so a BPC is next on my list.

Thanks for all your support.

Good luck everyone, KOKO.

Mrsk - vodka sucks with you on that one, i have bacardi and D coke but its not the same and its sweetners but then dont usually go out often.

Off to tackle to the to do list

Fatstacks · 11/03/2015 11:17

Glad it's done you good MrsS Smile

First rule of Scuba Camp is we don't talk about Scuba Camp Hmm it's like ubercamp but more serious and involves snorkles Grin

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 11/03/2015 11:30

Yo! Just placemarking Grin

Gcalgske · 11/03/2015 11:32

Just actually spat out coffee at the snorkels...

BitchyDoesWitchyThings · 11/03/2015 11:40

Well I have finally had something that is not scrambled eggs for breakfast. Can't say that I have been terribly exciting in my alternative and as I have only just eaten it is more like brunch but poached eggs and sausages. Really hit the spot. Now if the sore neck and ear ache would sod off it would be the perfect day.

lurkingmurking · 11/03/2015 12:26

Gcalgske is your flax and coconut milk breakfast filling? How do you prepare it?

Fatstacks carnitas they are delish!

BIWI · 11/03/2015 13:36

Big Grin @ scuba camp!

B: Apple Blush I ate it without even thinking on the way to work. Must get DH to eat all fruit in the house and then not restock!
L: omelette w. cheddar, spinach and ham & 1/2 avocado
D: will be pork chili with creme fraiche, more cheddar and salad
Will probably eat a devilled egg later for a snack.

LexLoofah · 11/03/2015 16:10

just sipping a hot marmite with knob of butter swirled in - mmm

great idea on the devilled eggs peachy, might try that next week when I have made my baconnaise!

MrsKoala · 11/03/2015 16:20

really struggling today. feeling shite. back very painful. sore throat. ache all over. ds1 up at 4am.

just ate the crust of a quarter of ds sandwich because i am feeling rubbish and want something stodgy and easy to eat. There is a chocolate cake in the kitchen (unopened thank god) that i would usually devour now. Not because i like chocolate or cake but because i have no energy to prepare anything else.

had a couple of slices of cheese and salami and a handful of olives for breakfast.

dh was going to go up to see mil this weekend but has decided to stay home and look after us all. i feel bad, but must say the prospect of looking after the dc on my own was stressing me out.

I am going to shop for swimming costumes online to motivate me/cheer me up. Anyone got any lovely suggestions of a cossie for a tall, broad shouldered, flat/wonky chested, big bummed, small waisted, pale skinned, dark haired woman? money no object! i don't wear black (only for funerals) and high leg looks best on me (but not quite baywatch high thanks, i can't face that level of waxing anymore).

Gcalgske · 11/03/2015 16:34

lurking I find it really filling, but then I have very little appetite (thank you ketosis!) I just open a can of coconut milk, add a tbsp of whole golden flax to the bottom of four little yoghurt type pots then add a 1/4 can of the coconut milk on top. If the coconut milk is really thick I add 2 tbsp of water to each (the flax will absorb it and swell) or a few (3-4) frozen raspberries (they defrost over night and let out all their water into the flax). Leave to soak over night at least then just stir and eat. Technically not BC legal but you can add a tbsp of a no sugar squash to the mix if you don't like the flavour of coconut. It's yum and easy for breakfast and most importantly for me - it's not eggs!

Gcalgske · 11/03/2015 16:36

*Squash concentrate

lurkingmurking · 11/03/2015 16:53

Oooo they sound great thanks! I shall try and get some flax later on.

Who fancies trying cauliflower tortillas

LexLoofah · 11/03/2015 17:15

B - half avo, 2 buttery creamy scr eggs, half slice of ham, cuppa
L - romaine with hm caesar dressing, 2 hb eggs, 3 streaky bacon, assorted crunchy salad veg - trying to make sure I am not as hungry as I was yesterday afternoon and I know I will need a dark choc pick me up later as up v early too
D will be leftover roast lamb in lemon, herb & sundried tomato sauce on courgetti

Baddz · 11/03/2015 18:16

Can I ask...how many eggs are too many eggs?
