Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

How much is recommended depends on your weight, but its at least 3 litres for the lowest.
I keep a litre bottle with me and it goes down really fast :)

I cant remember the exact science, but off the top of my head its to do with getting the ketones out of your system asap to keep you in ketosis
