Good morning! Already seen that there are some good losses, even for those in the dreaded week 3 Grin

Come and confess all on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I love this point in Bootcamp. It's such a leap of faith for so many people when they first start low carbing, because it seems so strange to eat all the fat we're told to eat. But then when the scales show the result, I love it!

BIWI. I don't know what you mean?

A 'little resistant' doesn't quite cover it really does it Blush

Anyone who read it and feels remotely inspired and not just bored witless, you're welcome! :)

NaturalBlonde. You're a glutton for punishment reading all of that! I was determined and I did really well, but I also really struggle with being a non egg eating vegetarian who low carbs. It's a challenge, but I need to cook more and whinge less. It's actually not bad at home, but eating out is challenging if you don't want a salad every time. I have meat eater envy! :)

DrDiva. I'm glad you're joining in again, but please look after yourself x. That chowder sounds good. I'm going to give it a go with a few veggie adaptations :)

Eva. You've done really well.

Blubells. It wasn't at all insensitive & thank you for your good wishes x

Carby Twat. I can't take the credit for that one, at least, I don't think I can?! One of us came up with it on a BOOTCAMP and it stuck!

Random. I'm glad you had a great time :). Life is short & unpredictable. You have to enjoy it and celebrate important (and non important) things. Our lives can change just like that your 10 year Anniversary is important, you made the right decision, to eat well, enjoy the 'off piste' food & alcohol you had, but not go mad. You celebrated with your DH and you are now back on track. All is well :)

Carby twat was around on the first boot camp I did and that is well over a year ago now.

I took something to help me sleep as really needed a good night's sleep. It hasn't worked so am consoling myself with the super bowl. The half time was was pretty good but nothing controversial so will probably disappear quietly into history.

ChippingInLatteLover · 02/02/2015 01:54

Yes Bitchy it was all well over a year ago now! Two in fact :)

BitchyTakesOnManagement · 02/02/2015 01:58

I did wonder that, but hoped I was wrong because clearly it was not 2 years ago when I first did bootcamp just how? Confused

ChippingInLatteLover · 02/02/2015 02:01

I'm not sure either. The time flies doesn't it!
