Hello All

Im peter, 27 years old from london, I have two children, My son is 5 and my daughter is 4, I use to be a single parent untill my children went back to there mums but i still have plenty of contact with my children, Im here on mumsnet because i would really like to chat to other parents, None of my mates have children so when ever i tell them what ive been upto with them there not really interested, I sometimes feel abit isolated so it would be great to chat to some other parents, My aunt said that i should try a parenting website but she also said that she doubts very much that anyone would want to chat to me because im a guy,
Im just looking for someone that i can chat to about stuff in general and being a parent, I hope nobody minds me being here and if anyone would like to chat then please feel free to send me a message.

welcome!

You've just gone through a little rite of passage.....
Honestly, IT IS just light hearted banter.

You really have to develop hard skin on here because some discussions realy turn nasty. This is the real worl after all, real people, good and bad, clever and not so......

enjoy!

yes aitch, it was meant to be a temporary namechange, as in 'i'm going through a wildpatch in my life right now,and need to off load about a couple of relationship issues' but it seems to have stuck.
