Hello All

Im peter, 27 years old from london, I have two children, My son is 5 and my daughter is 4, I use to be a single parent untill my children went back to there mums but i still have plenty of contact with my children, Im here on mumsnet because i would really like to chat to other parents, None of my mates have children so when ever i tell them what ive been upto with them there not really interested, I sometimes feel abit isolated so it would be great to chat to some other parents, My aunt said that i should try a parenting website but she also said that she doubts very much that anyone would want to chat to me because im a guy,
Im just looking for someone that i can chat to about stuff in general and being a parent, I hope nobody minds me being here and if anyone would like to chat then please feel free to send me a message.

If you are MrNewPoster, and not the other bloke in a new guise, then you must admit that it is a bit mad how similar the two of you are ?

This other bloke is also called Peter, also has 2 children the same age sex as yours, is your age (ok he's 26 but I'm guessing you and one of your kids have prob had a birthday since Feb), lives in the same area, is also single, types exactly the same as you, gets huffy and defensive, looks hugely similar to you...

Believe me, I'm not saying anything negative about you, I don't know you from Adam. I just don't get the fib.
