Just popping in and saw thread already full up! The craziness of November is well and truly under way. Sorry I'm behind on your news, hope everyone is well.

Still undecided about floor, have got loads of samples ordered. I want a fresh, modern look whereas Dh wants more clinical, utlitarian (sp?) look, need to find something that we both like

I wish I had time to be bored Am so busy right now I barely have time to MN let alone read books or bake cakes.

Hope everyone is ok, will try and catch up next time I have some spare time!

Being bored is a state of mind. I can be rushed off my feet and still be bored, or I can be doing nothing and not be bored.

I have a little bit of news, not that exciting, but kind of miraculous for me - after many many years of avoidance and general lack of skill on my part, I have finally passed my driving test! [proud emoticon]

Such a lovely day today, spent as much of it outside as possible. Have to pysche msyelf up for zumba tomorrow morning. I haven't been since summer I know I'm going to find it tough But required due to all cookies and cakes

vbus - it is because I am huge, terribly slow now because my arse takes sometime to catch up with my boobs as I plod along it all wobbles
I am being disciplined (or anti social as Kewcumber temptress)
plan on getting up tomorrow and go for 3 miles before breakfast and before taking dd to music class.
some running on Sunday would be nice too, Monday will likely pop to hospital for the x-rays and maybe go for a swim

Boredom mostly due to study, going through databases of articles, laws and white papers is not my idea of fun, still have some work to do tonight to be on top of my timetable

Fantastic Kora well done - I feel it is on a par with my learning to ride this year. Somehow it feels like more of an achievement when one is almost geriatric (me obviously not you!)

No more sherlock for a while. Next week the birdsong. Which I don't intend to watch. Opportunity to read all my unread books ...

loved Sherlock all of it amusing ans interesting re workings of the books, I still prefer the middle episode The Hounds although I know most people like the naked woman

Didn't watch that but did see the Hungry Boys, they really were going hungry

What is the Hungry Boys?

Speaking of boys, they've been driving me up the wall bickering about who has done more of what (eg tidying up). I have threatened to not do their laundry if I hear that again. Why should I do their laundry?? Honestly.

But they ate the waterzooi I cooked, celeriac and all.

Have had an offer accepted on a house. SO back to the previous big question - to name change or not?
