Was teaching yesterday, so exhausting but enjoyable! Group much better, I wonder if they come to that first class thinking 'NCT, its going to be all about how to give birth against a tree and no you can't have any pain relief'!

just did first session of c210k lots of walking but probably the most sensible way of easing into it

how is everybody reading yourselves to flip pancakes?

Sfx, am indeed ready with pancakes. Though I'm a bit of an oddity, me & the ds's prefer american style pancakes, thick & fluffy, blueberries, strawberries & maple syrup or honey, yummy!

And yes, I am obviously letting the side down

I fall on the thinner the better where pancakes are concerned, the original lemon and sugar is still my fave! DS2 likes his with cheese and ham and DS2 has a firm fave for syrup. Will be having pancake party after school, it's going to be messy

Been round Kingston this morning and had some errands to run, on the way back I came across as dress reduced from £40 to £7, bargain!

What has the world come to when your neighbours give you chocolate willy-nilly? Is there no protection against such intrusion?

Vbus - did another walk yesterday - each walk was only about 3 miles, but my hips/bum/thighs are sore as its sooo long since I walked . Dragged myself out of bed for a swim this morning too.

went to dentist ostensibly to fix the broken tooth from when the tube came out, but I knew there was worst in there, got a telling off from dentist plus extensive list of work to be done

he is getting a better summer holiday that me, obviously

sadly DS doesnt like lemon so have had to buy chocolate spread. May attempt a savory one as I'm raosting a chicken at the moment, does chicken wnf peas and onions in a cheesy sauce sound OK - I guess its a bit like fajitas?

Poor sfx being given chocolate by neighbour, poor Kew forced to buy chocolate spread. This country definitely going to the dogs.
