hello

copper can't help but I think some cooks sites have recommendations and heated debates on the subject

dusty hope you find a nice place, was reading about house prices today and it all sounds stagnant but a nice place to live is a good choice

tilly nice to see you gave me a chance to vent and chat, sorry and thanksGrin

UptoapointLordCopper · 21/02/2011 21:00

I think I might go for a Le Mini Plus. But not before a visit to John Lewis, I suppose.

Worked today. More work tomorrow and then day off! Yeah!!!

UptoapointLordCopper · 22/02/2011 07:59

Lovely morning we are having here. Hmm

Have grand plans to bake truckloads of biscuits this afternoon. Smile

sfxmum · 22/02/2011 09:58

awake since 5am
now eating blueberry pancakes with banana and raspberries made too many

UptoapointLordCopper · 22/02/2011 10:05

sfx - I was awake at 5 too. It's no good.

Am munching ham sandwich. Envy blueberry pancake.

sfxmum · 22/02/2011 13:25

many pancakes&fruit later not to mention yoghurt and syrup there is no room for lunch

maybe a light afternoon snackGrin

one summer festival booked there seems to be something for everyone now not sure if I should aim for another festival in August or a week somewhere

dd seems to want to go to see Tangled for the 3rd time, since I have not watched it yet I might oblige sometime later in the week

sfxmum · 22/02/2011 13:26

for a parenting site this is sorely lacking a bleary eyed emoticon Hmm

vbus · 22/02/2011 13:37

Sfx - LOL, well I had a lie-in til 5.40am today, luxury Grin Which festival did you go for? Envy

I thought we had sorted out our holiday dates & plans last wkend to take in Bestival but now Dh realised he has tickets for cricket mid August so wants to go France end of July instead Shock We can't go end of Aug as have good friend's wedding

Copper - good luck gadget shopping. I personally think individual gadgets do the best job but my food pro does quite a lot of the things you ask for which is fine for my needs

DS1 has swimming each morning which is going really well. He had friend over yesterday but then at 5.15 went v.sleepy and asked to go to bed Shock I think the tiredness still catching up with him.

tillyfernackerpants · 22/02/2011 16:31

SFx, good to see you too, I don't remember any venting Confused!

UptoapointLordCopper · 22/02/2011 18:33

OP posts:
sfxmum · 23/02/2011 20:08

I think I will take dd to her third viewing of Tangled, might catch a nap there
Grin

apparently there will be sun and mild temperature tomorrow

UptoapointLordCopper · 23/02/2011 20:27

Hello!

DS1 and DS2 are scared of tangled. Terrified of the witch person, apparently.

Out all day today at friend's. Very nice day. Work tomorrow. Sad

sfxmum · 23/02/2011 20:38

1st time she went with a gaggle of girls for a party then DH took her apparently now its my turn to witness the awesomenessGrin don't really fancy watching Yogi Bear

did I mention it might be sunny tomorrow

dd still has a week at home, school back next WednesdayShock

sfxmum · 23/02/2011 22:40

dd developed a rash first in forehead and in her cheek just as she went to bed, in fact I had not noticed when doing bedtime stuff
after lights out she called me to ask what the spots were on her face that is when I noticed
I am now worried about developments overnight
no other symptoms but it is hard to tell now that she is asleep, any ideas?

tillyfernackerpants · 23/02/2011 23:09

I would try not to worry too much. Maybe a check on her through the night & then see how she is in the morning. I guess she didn't have a temp or anything?

OP posts:
sfxmum · 23/02/2011 23:31

thanks no temp, she was fine at bedtime,I was worried it could be some allergic reaction but can't see it spreading or getting worst but hard to be sure in the dark

I expect I will be getting up a few times to check

Kewcumber · 23/02/2011 23:39

Tangled sounds right up DS's street - scarier the better! Will check it out.

sfxmum · 23/02/2011 23:48

we are going to tomorrow possibly to the 11.45 screening should you like t come with or maybe 2pm depending when we get our act together
restaurant before or after depending

dd has had light shone all over her while asleep all seems more or less under control
