Geneva Meet-Up Thread. Anyone for wine and chocolate by the lake?

MmeLindt · 09/06/2009 13:25

Thought that we could use a seperate thread to save us hijacking TML's thread with our Geneva chat.

Who is interested?

Assuming some of us still have young kids, we could meet during the day for glass of wine coffee somewhere child friendly, or a picnic? Botanical Gardens? Parc de Eaux Vives? Or nearer Nyon area. Depends where you all are.

Or do you want to get out sans enfants in the evenings?

MmeLindt · 28/01/2010 17:31

OP posts:
Cadmum · 28/01/2010 18:24

Mme Lindt You are a goddess. Wow! I had no idea that there could be a Local MN page in Switzerland.

I have had the week from H. E. double hockey sticks but with a little recovery time, I could use a night (or lunch) out. Friday would be be better than Monday for moi.

Move is postponed until mid March so that gives me a little more time if this week doesn't work..

MmeLindt · 28/01/2010 19:01

Cariboo
You are needed here

OP posts:
Niftyblue · 28/01/2010 19:12

cariboo · 28/01/2010 23:59

Guys, as we canucks say, I am undercover atm as two explosive family conflicts have just suddenly blown up out of the blue. One concerns my inlaws & the other my dd. I'd love to see you to talk it over - God knows I need to sort it out and fast! xx

MmeLindt · 29/01/2010 08:33

OK, who can make Friday or Monday? I can do either.

OP posts:
Niftyblue · 29/01/2010 08:45

You O.k?

I can`t do Monday lunch but could do Friday
But can do any night but Thursday

MmeLindt · 29/01/2010 08:46

Cariboo
Anything we can help with in the meantime?

OP posts:
strudelface · 29/01/2010 10:14

Looking forward to meeting leek woman and cadmum.

MmeLindt · 29/01/2010 17:33

Ok, Friday it is then.

I met MysticM today, she might come too but has to leave to pick up her DD at 1pm. How about we meet at 11.30am so that she can come and say hello?
