October FET

Hi! I’m starting the process of a FET in September, transferring a 4AB early October. Trying for baby number two. Anyone else? Would be great to have people to talk to amongst the symptom spotting, line eyes and general freak outs ☺️

Just waiting for monday for more blood tests. But today is my 3rd daughters graduation and formal so this last week we have kept pretty busy organising that so its kept my mind off of things. Im trying to not panic. I cant change the outcome and will face what I need to face when it comes to it. Iv had a couple of big cry's to hubby and talked it out with a friend of mine and now all I can do is wait and see how the pregnancy pans out.

I hope today went well @Miraclemuma03. I'm glad you've got people to talk to. The waiting must be horrible. Lots of love.

@Miraclemuma03 Was thinking of you today. Hope you are ok.

I will be alright. Its a sad moment right now and we dont what our next steps are going to be, just going to get through this and get through xmas and the new year. We will talk about what the future looks like in terms of more fertility treatment or not. Right now its not on the cards.

How are things going?

Had our 8 week scan today and all perfect but bloody hell I feel awful, headaches nausea and everything you can imagine.

So excited. Honestly was starting to think we would never have the a child and now I saw my lil kidney bean sized baba and I'm over the moon!!

I just had my next transfer a few days ago so currently symptom spotting like crazy and counting down to when I can start testing!

@ClaireBear101 that is absolutely amazing, congratulations. How exciting to see little bean.
We have decided to maybe try again in Feb or march next year and then be done at that. Im still waiting for my hcg to lower from this loss so im still tracking but I should only need one more blood test

Ahhh how exciting @ClaireBear101! Did you see or hear a heartbeat? I have a second scan next week when I’ll be 9 weeks and then I think the IVF clinic discharge us. I’m feeling so nauseous and tired but getting through it. Some random heartburn too after eating 😂

@limmers14 I've been as sick as a dog. Nausea, vomiting, headaches, exhaustion
We saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks and 8 weeks. Very strong.
Still anxious out but my sickness is proof enough that I'm still pregnant.
I'm struggling to get through work these days. Thank God I work from home and can take cheeky naps haha
We are with the HSE now no more clinic.
Waiting for next scan is hardest part as it usually doesn't happen till 14/15 weeks

@ClaireBear101 oh no I’m so sorry to hear about the vomiting. Have you been able to keep anything down at all? Maybe try some electrolytes so you know you’re staying hydrated?

Yeah work is hard for me too. I’ve told my boss and HR that I’m pregnant as my company has had loads of redundancies this year so hoping that’s gives me a little extra protection. I’ve been allowed to WFH for the rest of the year and am also having cheeky naps during the day! I’m finding it hard to figure out what to wear as I’m bloated but no bump. I just felt sick in bed and had to go downstairs to devour half a sandwich I didn’t eat earlier too. Pregnancy is weird ha

@limmers14 lucozade has helped. I'm not vomiting too much but I get severe hunger then wifey will make food I'll smell it or take a small bite and be like ew no haha.
I agree pregnancy is weird.
I've been forcing fruit into me and things though

@ClaireBear101 oh Lucozade is a good call. My mum loved that when pregnant with my brother. I’m liking red grapes and easy peelers at the moment for a fruit fix!

Hi ladies, I'm back! I just had a FET on Friday after my failed one in October.
I am in a lot of pain today. I woke up with swollen tonsils and feel like death but my lower back and tummy are killing me, like really bad pms.
I don't know what's happening with the pms symptoms and I'm getting worried that being sick will not help my chances. It's our last embryo.

Congratulations to you guys who have had positives and wriggly little babies on scans. Fingers crossed I'll be joining the club in about 8 days x
