July FET 2025

Hey!!
Due to have my FET in July following my egg collection in April, I'm due to start norethisterone on Monday then patches so estimating my transfer to be mid-July!
Anyone else? 💛

@babycoconut that looks positive to me, congratulations. I'm 5dp5dt tomorrow so you're making me want to test but I was hoping I might hold on a bit longer! I'm desperately symptom spotting but I think it's just the progesterone!

@bluecoral when do you think you will test? It was the tests being delivered by Amazon today that made me crumble! Just did another as I needed to see it in words. It doesn’t feel real! 🥲🥲

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. Agree with @babycoconut though, that's amazing you went from 1 to 10 frozen!

@Whowhatwhere21 thank you, 10 is still a shock to me haha!!

I've had my scan and my lining has got to 7.2mm so the nurse was happy with that, it is still on the thinner side she said I do have a small cervix so it's in proportion, she will confirm with the doctor this afternoon and give me a call so providing he gives the go ahead I'll start progesterone on Sunday for FET next Friday!

Congrats @babycoconut! I'm 5dpt tomorrow. Official test date is the 18th but I don't think I'll be able to help myself tomorrow morning!

I've had the go ahead for next Friday! As soon as I got the message I had such a rush of nerves and anxiety!! I think I've been really numb this round, as silly as it sounds I haven't really felt anything until now, I'm excited but very guarded, real mix of emotions!

I caved! I've had a faint positive this afternoon so I'll be waiting til the morning and will try another test on my first morning wee 😬

Oh that's brilliant, I'm so happy for you!!! No that doesn't sound silly, it's understandable especially with what you've gone through previously.
I haven't gone through the same as you but I felt similar. I think the constant issues arising, and being on edge waiting for phone calls at every stage to see if I'm allowed to continue or not just made me shut down and detach from the situation, it took the joy out of the process. I don't think I switched back on until I was legs up in the theatre room 😂

Have they changed anything for you this time in response to your previous miscarriage or was it just a case of nothing they could have done differently? Sorry I'm not sure if that's a silly question or not, I haven't been through one myself so I don't know if they bother to look into it and see if changes can be made to help going forward

@waitingforourmiracle amazing news that your lining is ready to go - the countdown is on. I get what you mean, we've both had losses and it definitely dampens some of the excitement.

This must be lucky as I also tested positive this morning at 5dp5dt, I'm pleased but not getting excited yet as still a long way to go but trying to remain hopeful.

Hi, hope it's ok to join this thread and I'm hoping all these positive results continue!
I'm only on day 3 of what will hopefully be a natural cycle and maybe a FET in next couple of weeks. Have a scan and bloods on Wed 16th. My cycle was cancelled in May as I had a polyp. Just got the biopsy results all clear so that's one extra hurdle cleared. I've been waiting so long. We tried in January but didn't get one blastocyst so went for DE and now have 5 , 5 day blastocysts. It's just my body that needs to perform now! I know what a rollercoaster this is. I have a 7 yr old from IVF. I've had failed FET with our remaining embryo. But I'm still here, a tiny sliver of hope remaining buried under so many layers of disappointed dreams. With the polyp, I've had irregular cycles so natural cycle might not have been my best idea especially with needing to go abroad where my clinic is but I'm nervous of another polyp putting me back even further so we shall see. Sorry for long and somewhat rambling post...I appreciate this forum. It helped so much to have some support before. Best of luck to everyone. 😊

Hi @Sara237, welcome! I am also doing DE FET, but medicated, clinic abroad said no to natural, though I have very predictable cycles. This is my first FET, after 3 EC cycles but no euploid to transfer (all 10 embryos were not good). It is secondary infertility too.

@FlatWhiteAnyone Hi, wow, we have a few things in common then! Medicated would have been more logical really; I imagine I'll need to do it again but just having a try this way. How have you found abroad? I'm already stressed at the thought of timings, flights etc. But all very exciting at the same time.

@Sara237I was doing OE cycles not in the UK, but where I live now (we moved 6yr ago), but I wish I researched and did cycles in other EU countries that specialised in infertility.. Currently with a clinic in Greece and very happy. They advised to do a surgery so I can prevent another preterm delivery. Went twice there, was all smooth. Now only will go for a transfer end of month, if all goes well (doing scans where I live). Good luck with this cycle, hope we are successful this round 🍀

It’s been really lovely to read about so many positives, ladies 🥹 Really happy for every single one of you who has got some good news and will be thinking of you all hoping you’re all successful.

I have my first FET today and im excited but nervous and for some reason I don’t have overwhelming postitive and hopeful feelings about it. But then I’m in my head thinking what if me being negative affects it 🤦🏼‍♀️ So I’ve tried in the last few days to let myself be more hopeful but while still trying to protect my heart ♥️ Wish me luck ladies 🤞🏼♥️

(32f, I don’t have any children currently, was trying around 5yr, ‘unexplained’ but with mild male factor, ICSI 17 eggs collected, 12 mature, 11 fertilised, 2 frozen - a day 5 3Ab and a day 6 5Bb ♥️ (untested) )

@adviceneeded1990 so sorry that you were negative at 6dp transfer, it might not be the end so really hoping for you.

I've had a bit of light blood today when I've wiped, it might be due to the pessaries as I know they've irritated me before but I am feeling a bit worried.

@Whowhatwhere21 oh my gosh how exciting, congrats! Have you tested again over the weekend?? My partner had a varicocele embolisation done in September so hoping that has help DNA frag! We never actually had that tested!

@bluecoral oh I pray everything is okay, I think the clinic do say a little bit of bleeding can be okay, could be implantation, have you spoke to your clinic? I have everything crossed for you!!
