Hey!!
Due to have my FET in July following my egg collection in April, I'm due to start norethisterone on Monday then patches so estimating my transfer to be mid-July!
Anyone else? 💛

Thanks @FancyGoose. Once my period does rock up again I am going to push for more blood tests as I totally agree… just feels like a gamble and makes me worry they are being flippant with our precious embryos. Blood test so easy to do too!

Just had my call from the clinic and they confirmed my bloods look good and we are set for transfer Thurs 🙏 for reference, in case of interest to anyone they said they were looking for over 100 progesterone and between 500-700 estrogen. My estrogen was actually a little bit higher but they said that's not a problem.

@waitingforourmiracle official test date is the 17th - there is no way! Hoping I can hold off until Sunday but last time I got a faint positive at 5dp5dt (so would be friday). I feel very despondent today, I know it's failed and I'm already planning to go into another cycle back to back if the clinic let me. I know that's my brain trying to protect me but I wish I could be one of those people who really enjoy the PUPO stage rather than being such a pessimist! How are you feeling?
@magpie234 it's so frustrating waiting for a period, I really hope it comes soon. 3 months is a very long time to be waiting.

@bluecoral aw I'm sorry your feeling like that! I was exactly the same last time, I kept saying to my boyfriend I should be enjoying this but I wasn't, I was more nerves and anxiety. It's tough! Everything crossed for you!
I'm feeling okay, just want it to be Friday so I can have my scan and know if my lining has thickened enough for transfer! X

I’m right there with you - feeling so negative. I felt positive yesterday after being negative all week. The reasons for the positivity yesterday were due to cervix feeling high and resting heart rate increasing… a lot. Now I feel irrationally angry today which always happens pre-period so convinced my period is coming. It’s due Sat 😢

@babycoconut it's so tough but try think symptoms can mean all different things! I was convinced last time I was going to come on my period but it turned out to be a positive test, when are you testing? X

I was the same last time, convinced my period was going to start… the progesterone symptoms mess with your head so much! Hopefully it’s down to that. I think I may test on Saturday which will be 7dp5dt. I’m just terrified of seeing negative 😩 x

Hi ladies,
I have my period now and doing first lining scan on Friday. Also lab gave us amazing result for our 12 DE frozen eggs - we got 10 blastocysts frozen (!) even clinic shocked with such success, don’t remember when was last time we got positive news.

Hi everyone! I've had my first fet on Monday the 7th. I have a cyst producing estrogen so that's been permanently high before even starting stims and almost caused my fet to be cancelled. A follicle was then found after taking prostap and they were going to decide if this was an issue by checking my estrogen, which was obviously already high so I thought we were done for at this point! Luckily the clinic allowed us to Carry on, embryologist said the embryo looked as though it had never been frozen and there was no cell loss from the freeze so we are now trying to remain positive that we've got a good little embryo to give us the best chance. 5aa was transfered Monday morning and test day is the 18th 🤞🏻 hope everything is gojng smoothly for you all x

@FlatWhiteAnyone that's such great news! We're blast twins - I also have 10 in the freezer and I'm still shocked about it! Fingers crossed for Friday! Are you doing natural or medicated? Sorry if you've said and I've missed it!

@Whowhatwhere21 aw that sounds like a journey but glad you got there for transfer! Best of luck, do you think you'll be able to hold out till official test date or will you test earlier?

Doing fully medicated, hopefully on Friday they will sent me the schedule after my scan

@FlatWhiteAnyone Great news! Good luck with the cycle. I have a consultation next Thursday to discuss our next approach (natural or mostly natural as my medicated side effects were too bad). Period not due till 19th but not ovulated so unsure if is actually going to come… so very much still hanging around waiting annoyingly! But hopefully my turn will come soon :)

Oh hope then the AF comes soon! This waiting and uncertainty is so difficult, feeling for you

@FlatWhiteAnyone Positive ovulation test out of nowhere for me tonight! So will hopefully be able to start my FET in a couple of weeks 🤞🏻

It feels like it's gone on for a very long time! Every step of the way there's either been a problem causing delays or potentially causing delays.
Stims was delayed due to estrogen, collection was up in the air as my estrogen was at 21900 after 9 days stimming. Fresh cancelled due to estrogen. Period didn't arrive after prostap, then the follicle appearing, high estrogen again put a delay on me starting progynova. I'm honestly surprised we've even made it to transfer! I don't think I have any chance of waiting till testing day, I'm way too impatient.

I've just had a quick read through your posts, is it tomorrow you have your scan to check if your lining has increased?

@FlatWhiteAnyone I thought the exact same way!! I'm also in for a scan tomorrow they've provisionally booked my transfer for the following Friday, should of been tomorrow but my lining wasn't thick enough at my last scan! So hopefully it's grown this week!

@Whowhatwhere21 wow that is alot of ups and downs! I know I'll be the same about testing I won't be able to wait! Yes scan again tomorrow morning so praying my lining has thickened!

It's had my anxiety through the roof since January and it's not really been helped by having noone to speak to that's ever been through ivf.
I really hope tomorrow brings good news for you 🤞🏻 is this your first frozen transfer?

This is my second, my first round of IVF was over 12 months ago, I didn't have the best round I went from 21 eggs to 1 "poor" graded embryo, against the odds it was successful but ended in mmc discovered at my clinic scan which is a whole other story but yeah it was awful! So I'm nervous history could repeat itself just trying to stay as positive as I can!

@waitingforourmiracle gosh, the last round sounds like such a rollercoaster of emotions but to go from 1 blast in the last round to 10 frozen in this round is amazing!! I wonder what made the results vary so much?! Hopefully the positive results continue for the rest of this cycle 🤞🏼

@babycoconut I think my partners side of things was the changing factor! He had a varicocele embellishment done in September then cut out alcohol for 3 months prior, took impryl every day! X

I had my pregnancy tests delivered today and couldn’t help myself but take a test, more so to let myself down gently. I am 5dp5dt today. The colouring is making me think indent/evap but it definitely came up within 3 mins?!

Hello! Can I join? Although I'm not even sure I'll have a transfer in July 😅 I had IVF back in 2021, giving us 2 embryos and a fresh transfer resulted in my little boy who's almost three. Returning for our only remaining embryo for a FET as soon as we can have it! I had a scan last week that showed an 'ill defined lining' so having that rechecked again next week and if it's fine then we're good to go 🤞 I've zero idea about a FET but my medications mention oestrogen so I guess thats medicated? What's the usual time frame??

@StillBelieving2 welcome and lovely news you have a little boy already! I'm having a medicated FET so I'm using patches (used tablets on my first round) I have PCOS and irregular cycles so that's why I'm medicated, time wise for me I had a bleed then started the patches on day 1 had a scan last Friday (day 10) and my lining was too thin so I'm having another scan tomorrow in the hope it's thickened and I can transfer next Friday!

@waitingforourmiracle Ooh my partner has a urology consultation in a month to get an advanced SA done (dna frag etc) and discuss his varicocele and possible embolisation too. His basic SA results have been fine and we got 4 embryos from 7 eggs but still want to investigate it more. Our first fresh transfer failed and not done genetic testing for this round. Unexplained infertility is not a diagnosis so am not prepared to do another egg collection without more tests. He supports this thankfully so we are really quite excited for the consultation! It is with Jonathan Ramsay who seems to be a bit of a fertility legend! Best of luck for your next lining scan.
