I have had an IVF round in November and had a freeze all cycle. I have had a meeting with the consultant this morning and will be doing a FET in late December/early Jan.

I'm glad you are feeling better @Mseddy and are getting properly looked after. And great news about your lovely line. When did you first test and see it?

I said I would hold out until OTD but now wondering if I might do one at the end of the week to try prepare myself either way. My DH is on the edge and really nervous.

@OneWaryCat I had an absolute squinter yesterday on 4dp5dt. But my last two BFPs were stark negative on 5dp5dt so I think it varies alot. I like to test early because it lets me build myself into it when it was a BFN

@Mseddy It feels a bit like playing the lottery to me - if you don't check your ticket after the numbers have been called you could still have a chance of winning...

@OneWaryCat the waiting is vile! I kept myself sane by testing from 5dp5dt. I was lucky enough to get a positive but if it was negative I wouldn’t have counted myself out. My OH wanted to wait for OTD but I wanted to have some level of control. I think do whatever is best for you and your thought process!

Hi just had it confirmed I’m definitely having an ectopic pregnancy. I’m going to leave the group as I’m really struggling. Thanks for all your support this last month. Good luck to you all ♥️

@Eagerlywaiting1990 terrible sleep think the anxiety of testing in 5 days is starting to take hold. Trying to keep my mind occupied. So we are pretty much in the same boat 😂
When is your OTD again?

@Purpleflowers17 me too. My OTD isn't until 11th but I'm gonna test on Friday xx

@Purpleflowers17 @Eagerlywaiting1990 also couldn’t get off to sleep last night and it’s really hitting me too.. I’ve caved and ordered 3 more tests but to arrive from tomorrow, still gonna aim for Friday but I’m absolutely bricking it 😥I keep second guessing the boob soreness as that’s the only thing I’ve got to go off & feel like maybe it’s all in my head..

@Ginny91 I am too...so much riding on it! Well you guys gave me lots of reassurance about sore boobs and I've since realised that they totally fluctuate but so does the cramping for me...I literally can't call it but am prepping for the worst xx

@Ginny91i think progesterone is a cruel mistress and gives us symptoms and then they go away! Still getting very positive tests 🥹 and defo just going to do rectal pessaries,no more brown discharge 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 hope you are ok? Xxx

Sorry guys, no good news re hospital here! Still in. I've managed some sips of water this morning, had my paracetamol as Calpol instead of IV and I've even had 3/4 mouthfuls of Weetabix. First thing I've eaten since Sunday! So I'm hopeful they will let me go home now I'm managing some oral intake. Obviously haven't tested today, but have zero symptoms so feeling a bit stressed. I think I've already got in my head that this embryo has a mountain to climb and there is a good chance they won't manage it. I'm just focusing on getting over this and then I can worry about line progression. Think it would be hard to judge at the moment given I'm on IV fluids so not really getting a chance to concentrate urine anyway!

Glad to hear it @Cosyseason1234 ! I’m ok just emotionally wiped. I’ve got an interview tomorrow for a big project (I’m freelance) that would be late summer and into September, I can’t get my head into it at all because I keep thinking where I’m hoping I’ll be at that point. My friend advised me to plan as if it’s going to be negative but that makes me so sad too so I’ve just decided to be honest and tell them I’m having treatment at the moment so things are up in the air. Now I do regret saying anything because they might ask or be nice & sympathetic, don’t know how I’m going to get through the zoom without tears which is not ideal 😭

@Cosyseason1234 that's sounding really positive and great the spotting has stopped. Defo stick with the rectal route if that's working 😁.

@Mseddy you've had a horrible time of it. Definitely look after yourself and you'll be looking after little embryo too.

@Ginny91 ah that's a lot of pressure when your poor head is already pickled. If you can give them a heads up to avoid discussing it then that might help? Xx
