Anyone doing FET/IVF in November 2024?✨

I started a thread for ivf in September but ended up having a freeze all cycle and lots of people on said thread have moved on to BFPs etc. Due to have FET at the start of November so hoping to chat to others in a similar situ ☺️

Bit about me: first ever round, been trying for 2 years, have blocked tubes and have 14 embryos in the freezer thanks to successful egg collection in September.

Hi Everyone, I hope you don't mind me joining in. We had our FET last Thursday so I'm 7DPT. I got the urge to test this morning even though my bloods aren't being done until Saturday, risky I know...

I've had 3 rounds so far, one negative, one chemical and this is our final embryo (a 4CC in case that makes any difference?!) I've never tested before bloods (didn't even test after the second because the HCG levels from bloods were so low) so I don't have anything to compare these tests to.

I'm pretty sure they are a clear positive (so exciting for me because this is the first time I've ever seen 2 lines), but I'm wondering how the lines look for 7 DPT? Am I OK to start getting my hopes up? Hubby said he isn't counting his chickens until the bloods but I think I'm already running away with myself.

My scan went well, despite being day 10 rather than day 12, my lining was 8.2mm and they've given me the option of which day next week to transfer.
I've gone for 2pm Thursday so I don't have to worry about getting time off work.
Starting Cyclogest Saturday night. Which she promised should help the night sweats.

Congrats to those with positives! Although I'm not getting transfer this month yet I'm still watching on sidelines for you all. Dec transfer for me it seems

@Coffeeandbannans that definitely looks positive on the first response! I had that around 6DP5DT and the result of that test will be 3 in January so very positive!

@monica3287 I had spotting around same days also. Went into pure panic mode and thought the worst. It lasted about three days for me and varied between light pink and brown and usually when wiping although tiny bit on underwear. Was told as long as not bright red it's okay as the pinkish tint and the brown indicate it's old blood. Keep those positive thoughts up 🥰

Sorry @monica3287 also wanted to add I had this a couple of times in first trimester also not just the implantation phase. I went for a private scan which was external and on the way home from that I had bleeding also and then the same thing happened a week or so later.
Always either light pink or brown

@Cosyseason1234 my transfer is set for Dec 13 th so very far behind the November guys X not a lot do IVF in December I have discovered probably due to the holidays and limited dates

@monica3287 I tested at 6DP5DT and got my BFP then so was great but meant there was longer for me to worry about things going wrong!

Thanks for the messages, hoping for a better result next time. I started bleeding this morning, pretty sure it is my period as it's fresh blood and I'm in quite a bit of pain (I have endo). I spoke to my clinic and they have advised continuing with the progesterone til my test date on Tuesday (I'll be 15dp5dt then) has anyone had previous experience of this? I'm on crinone gel for this transfer and never started my break through bleed until coming off the progesterone last time.

@Cesas I'm so sorry you're bleeding. If it's light and pink it could be implantation but if dark red and heavy im afraid period.
I had same first 3 tries. It's devastating. Sending love.

I'm on 4th try and still getting positive test so I have my fingers crossed for this go.

It can take a while but all worth it in the end... hopefully.

OTD - another negative for me.

Period was due 3/4 days ago, no pms symptoms or sign of it coming and my cervix still feels high. My clinic doesn't do bloods unless you get a positive result so taking the result at face value and feeling like utter rubbish.

Massive congrats @MrsBP15 and all others getting positive results. Wishing you all the best 🫶 and good luck to all those still going through the process 🤞

6 embryos in the freezer, doing transfer in Jan. Congrats to everyone with bfp and best of luck to everyone going for retrieval and transfers in the coming weeks.

@MrsBP15 congratulations fabulous news! I am following in your footsteps I think,ovaries are really responding so they are doing an early egg collection,fingers crossed for good results.

@Painty04 so sorry to hear this,infertility really is crap and unfair! Hope you are ok and can have some self care.

Thank you @Emerald1986 @Painty04 @Cosyseason1234 for your well wishes. I’m going to remove the pic because I realise it might be triggering for some people. I was just so shocked last night because I really didn’t think it had worked. Sorry I wasn’t being v sensitive. Have had some spotting this week and today so doctor has put me on lubion injections. Feeling scared but ultimately very grateful that it has worked at all so we’ll see.

@Painty04 im so very sorry to hear your news and hope that you’re doing ok. It’s completely heartbreaking and there isn’t much that can be said to help but I hope you’ve got something nice planned this weekend and have lots of love and support around you ❤️ xx

Ok lil worried. Had a little cramping earlier and a teeny amount of pink blood when wiped.
I know it's possibly normal but worried it's happening day 13 after transfer (which is same as day 11 5dpt)

Hello, I've just started progynova on 20th Nov . We are hopefully transferring w/c 9th Dec.

It's our first FET for a sibling for our 3yo dd.

I feel absolutely floored by the meds, exhausted, bad headache and nausea. I'm hoping it settles

So booked in for 4th of December for 6 week scan.
Our Corgi ain't sure what to make of it! Haha
