Anyone doing IVF round in September?✨

Hello!

I was just wondering if anyone else was doing ivf in September and fancied some company? We’re starting our first round next week! I’m also happy to join existing threads if anyone knows of any on here? As ever, sending baby dust and the best of vibes to one and all ☺️💫✨❤️

@teampacey ya it is just a tiny bit but think I’ll wait now until OTD I just got a mad urge to do one this morning😂 I had told myself I wouldn’t test early but have had zero symptoms not so much as a little cramp so wanted to know 😂😂

@teampacey are you excited for EC? Is this your first time doing IVF? Or have you had previous rounds?☺️

Yes it's my first time doing IVF but I do have 2 children already from my first marriage. I'm starting to get excited now, currently packing as our flight is early Wednesday morning so we are staying in an airport hotel tomorrow night! Just hope it all works and we get at least one embryo!

So I had a tiny tiny speck of brown spotting today when I wiped and cue the panic that it's all over 😩 brown spotting freaks me out as both my miscarriages started like this! 😓
I'm wondering whether to add extra progesterone in, or is it too late?
I'm on 25mg lubion twice a day but iv loads of 400mg cyclogest I might add one in this evening too?!

My period has started. I was due to do my pregnancy test tomorrow having had my embryo transfer on 4 September. I am devastated.

Infertility is the worst. We don’t have any children and the one time we had a miracle pregnancy we had to have a termination because our daughter had a heart condition that would have made her life very short and very painful. This is our second failed IVF attempt. Life just isn’t fair sometimes.

I hope everyone here has better luck than I have.

@WarriorsComeOutToPlayay oh I'm so sorry 😓 Jesus that's awful, it really does boggle my mind how some people have it so easy and some so bloody tough!

@GreyJoker it's not tooooo bad but had a tiny speck of brown spotting today which has sent me into a spiral as my miscarriages have always started like that and I'm worrying it's a fail! I'm debating adding extra progesterone tonight but prob too late 🙈

@Daniki i would try not to worry it’s a very common sign of implantation also it may be hard considering your previous experiences with it. But since you’re on a medicated cycle it won’t be anything period related I presume anyways? It’s funny I was worried all week that I had no spotting as had read everywhere that most people had it 😂 also I don’t know if I’d add extra medication without asking clinic first.

@WarriorsComeOutToPlayay I'm so so sorry to hear this. It's so so unfair. I have cared for several mothers who had a TFMR and I'm always amazed at how they take the pain so their child will never have to. Sending so much love xx

Guys is there any particular time I should do my injections? My clinic haven't specified

@GreyJoker I know, I'm such a worrier 🙈 exactly why my husband wants me to relax and not test 😂 iv never had implantation bleeding before so god knows, I know you always read it on here but out of everyone I know in real life no one has ever had it! 😂

@teampacey just pick a suitable time and keep to the same time every evening! For me I take my lubion injections every morning and every evening at 9am/9pm. I used to take my stims round half 8 as my son would be down for the night then! 👌
