Thanks everyone for the responses! Feeling just enough more normal today that I'm not as worried anymore. I emailed my clinic and they said they will check me before the transfer and if it's wack we'll cancel, but to not be too concerned, some off feeling is normal and not cause for alarm.
@ThePeachGoose I actually thought they went through the uterine wall, because that's what's crampy and sore for me, but I think you are right.

@BakinABaby ah pleased to hear you’re feeling better, and good that the clinic is planning to check before the transfer anyway. You’ve probably started the progesterone from EC day, maybe it’s that? Either way, good luck over the next couple of days!

@BakinABaby I had my EC on Friday and still feeling very bloated but (tmi) finally going to the loo this morning helped 😄 I’ve been taking milk of magnesia. Last year I had mild OHSS following EC and got pregnant following a fresh transfer. It meant I felt that big bloated feeling until I period following my MMC. I read it gradually fades away after 10wks of the pregnancy is successful.

Currently waiting for an update from our clinic on our day 3 embryos. 16 eggs collected but only 4 fertilised. Still feeling gutted. Fingers crossed we have some to freeze on Weds 🤞🏻

Update from the clinic and we have 2 embryos on day 3 from the 4 fertilised (16 collected). They said the other two may catch up so keeping fingers crossed for those ❤️

@HelloJillll that’s good news for your two.. keep faith .. we had two late blast on day 5 the didn’t look hopeful and one turned to a 5AB by day 6 .. so you never know .. hope you are ok and can relax a bit knowing you have two good ones 🥰

Thank you ❤️ Heart was racing when I opened their message but I can relax for a couple of days. I’ve decided it we only end up with one we don’t bother with PGTA testing & just transfer.

Hopefully the lazy ones get themselves back in the game too. I’ve been feeling so deflated. This is such a rough ride!

@HelloJillll awh you will be feeling like that I guess but I think some more might come on for you !When will you know ? Will it just be on day 5 ? Best of luck for you 🥰

@HelloJillll haha, yeah I don’t think I’ve ever been as bloated as I was on the evening of day 2 after collection day, and the javelin arse the same morning was absolutely killing me, hubby was quite concerned :D That’s good that you still have 4 in the running, fingers crossed they all make it to day 5.

thank you all ladies! Next update is on Wednesday. Annoyingly I’ll be in the office in back to back meetings so will have to hold it together regardless of the news. Sigh. So weird how life just carries on around all of this x

I definitely get the weirdness of life carrying on. My DP and I work together and had to both leave a meeting to take the phonecall about fertilisation numbers. I think everyone thought a relative was dying or something and we just didn't explain.

Another test for us today, now 9dp5dt am I think it's definitely darker... praying this is it.

@HelloJillll hope tomorrow goes okay. It’s so hard having to keep going at work while running in and out of meetings. I’ve run out of excuses already and now gonna have to think of more so I can do extra early pregnancy scans.

I spoke to our clinic nurses yesterday they told me to test again tomorrow and keep the progesterone going till then...they said my follow up call with the Doctor won't be until 02 July - am I wrong in thinking that's really far away given it's a private clinic? I was hoping something sooner to discuss what our next steps would be and what may not have worked this time..

@positivepetal I don’t know if there’s a standard - I’ve read quite a few threads of people feeling frustrated they don’t have a meeting more quickly. Same as some clinics wants you to have a withdrawal bleed and one period before doing another cycle and some clinics they want 2 full periods. Maybe send them an email and see if you can be seen sooner or put on a back up list if people cancel?

@HopefulllHolly the nurse did say they want one more bleed after this, so next cycle we can try is August. I just wandered if any tests etc need to be done in between then we have time for them.

I was going to email them tomorrow post my test - will ask then too for earlier appts

It just feels like you get deprioritised, if that makes sense

@positivepetal Bless you, I would be feeling the exact same. It seems like there’s all this work and attention and then it doesn’t work and you go to the end of the queue again. Sorry it’s so rubbish, definitely put some pressure on for a sooner meeting. They may not need any tests and just will tweak your protocol.

Im ok thank you. 6 weeks 5 days today and my scan is on Thursday morning. Incredibly anxious about it as lots of my symptoms have gone. I’m tired and hungry but my boobs seem to have deflated and don’t hurt anymore, but I think I’m just reading in to things too much.

@HopefulllHolly have you done any more tests? You were the Queen of testing 🥰

The line is just barely there .. but still just there .. I expect tomorrow will be completely gone .. just hope it comes back again🙄 .. feel a bit down this morning as yesterday I was getting warm crampy feelings on and off all day ..my boobs were ever so slightly sore when I woke up yesterday .. so was thinking something is trying to implant .. but then from 8:30pm through to around midnight I had the most intense warm /crampy feelings, (continuous, so not on and of) was a bit of discharge also with a lot of wind (sorry for tmi) not sure if they were 100% period crampy feelings or what ? But this morning my boobs don’t feel sore now , not sure if I feel anything in my tummy as not sure what would be the progesterone , there is still mild cramps I think.. i just think that maybes something was trying to implant and that’s it came away last night ??? I think it might be game over? .. I know it’s super early (3dpt) but should implantation feel as intense for that long ?? Usually when I have that feeling it’s then the symptoms fade and it’s a negative.. I know symptoms can come and go but am just not sure ? Will just have to try stay positive and wait and see I guess !?

if this transfer doesn’t work we are going for another egg collection before we get the two frozen put in as my age now .. 😐

@positivepetal Yeah I have but I’ve stopped now. I did one and it was much lighter and totally panicked until someone mentioned hook effect which happens when your HCG levels are really high. Anyway I did another test after drinking lots of water and it was a dye stealer again, so I’ve stepped well away from the tests. The last digital one I did said 3+ weeks when I was 5 weeks so it’s on track anyway. Just need to see what the scan says, I am praying it’s ok but I’m full of negative thoughts so trying my hardest to distract myself tbh! 🙃 Will let you know on Thursday if it’s positive news.

@hopefullsosbry Dont panic. What I think was implantation was very quick but some people feel cramping for longer. Mine wasn’t even cramping it was like a weird electric shock feeling. Everyone’s different and it’s definitely too early to start worrying, you just won’t know either way until you do a test later down the line 😊

Hope you are ok, am sure everything will be fine .. not long now and you will have your scan, I am sure the wait has seemed like forever for you. Hope you can try not worry, symptoms can come and go, hope you can relax and Thursday won’t be long in coming around. 💖

@hopefullsosbry Thank you. Very hard not to worry when all you have to go off is pregnancy tests from weeks ago and random symptoms that could be the drugs we’re on! I just hope it’s ok. It feels like everyone online has had miscarriages at 6 weeks and so Ive worried myself sick.
