@AnnieStar12 I know it’s wild!! I couldn’t believe it. It’s true, at least I know the trigger is out. Tbf I’ve always metabolised the trigger quickly, I mean by day 4-5 post. I think for most people, it’s gone by 10 days post trigger.

I kinda wish I had tested out the trigger properly now. Ah well, I’ll know one way or the other soon enough.

This mornings test looks like it’s getting darker!!
Today is 5dp5dt and now 12 days post trigger shot.
Guys, I think this might be the start of a BFP, what do you think? (The top one is from last night, bottom one this morning)

Feeling very nervous waiting for an update from the embryologist. Where I’ve been pretty unwell with OHSS, I haven’t really had a chance to think much about it but I could hardly sleep last night because I was worrying so much and my brain would just not shut off!

So many great news, very encouraging and well done!! Anyone still on stims? 👀

oh dear, sorry you’ve been unwell with ohss, sounds really horrid. Hope it passes soon. And the anxiety can’t help. Hopefully you’ll have the call soon and will have some decent embryos waiting for you when you’re better x

Ahh it's definitely getting darker, so exciting!

I just had a call from the embryologist with day 3 update, 6 out of 9 are doing really well, 2 are average and 1 is poor. Just praying on day 5 & 6 they are able to freeze some embryos for me.

My fever is quite bad, so I am going to have to call my nurses and find out what to do as I may have an infection from the EC 😭

@PurpleRayne89 thankyou. I’m taking it very lightly tbh as anything can happen from here and it’s not 100% certain it’s not just the trigger. But also trying to just enjoy this moment as we’ve been through a nightmare past year and an half so have to grab the positive moments of hope when you can!

I was supposed to be transfer today. Our 1 embryo hasn’t progressed enough 😢 they said it looks like it’s showing some compaction which should have happened early Sunday morning but they will keep it in culture until tomorrow and see if it progresses anymore then they would freeze it but the embryologist said it doesn’t look hopeful!

I don’t know if devastated is even the right word right now. My heart is broke and I’m blaming myself for my low AMH I feel so bad for my partner and not being able to do this for us.

im happy for all the ones getting a positive but I’ll probably not be back on this for a while as it’s too raw.

So sorry @Clairehbear 😢 That must have been hard news. Please don’t blame yourself, it takes both you and your partner to make an embryo and it’s definitely not your fault. I’m sure he wouldn’t blame you either.

It’s rubbish having low AMH but it can work. I hope when you are ready to try again that it’s a success for you. Sending big hugs and hope for the future ❤️

I have had my transfer this morning, currently laid for the 1.5 hours my clinic insists on 🤣🤣

@EvaA17 did you get prescribed antibiotics after EC ? As these normally stop infection, the temp may be linked with ohss.

I ended up with 3 5aa blastocysts so fingers crossed,

I have been prescribed blood thinners has anyone else ?

@Clairehbear I’m so sorry. I’m equally as heartbroken and devastated as you. 7 of our 9 fertilised eggs have completely stopped developing and the other 2 aren’t suitable for freezing right now. They are leaving them until tomorrow but it also doesn’t look good. I’m absolutely heartbroken, how can 17 eggs potentially not make ANY blastocyst??

So sorry to hear that @Seasidegirll 😢 Did the embryologist offer any advice? I can’t imagine how disappointed you must be, especially with such good numbers and on top of not feeling well. Hope you get some answers from them and are looking after yourself. Sending hugs xx

@Clairehbear oh, I’m so sorry, that’s gutting. Please don’t be cross with yourself. I’m also in the very low AMH camp. Mine is so bad I only got one egg from a long protocol on max dosage. It’s so hard when it’s all resting on low numbers, but don’t fear trying again. I only got one poor quality embryo in my first cycle too.

@Seasidegirll oh my dear, I’m so sorry that you got that news from the clinic today. Im rooting for the final two 🤞am so shocked on your behalf that you had such a high drop off, totally understandable to be heartbroken right now. Look after yourself and hopefully the clinic can talk you through where you go next xx

@camelinastorm congrats on three top embryos, how many have you transferred? Im
surprised they make you lie down afterwards, that sounds like the old days! But good to have a rest anyways, I wouldn’t complain if I was forced to rest for a hour! Now you get to enter the dreaded TWW, argh..
