Hi, couldn't see a thread for June yet so thought I would start one.

I'm on long protocol so actually starting down regulation on 28th May, egg collection not scheduled in until 8th July.

I am on NHS and this will be my first round. Was referred less than a year ago now and have managed to loose 2 and a half stone to get my BMI down.

Anyone else due to start around June?

@GCS34 my scan is on the 25th - my schedule now says to start stims on the 26th if all is well, or the 28th as a back up, so will be starting around the same time as you

I messaged the clinic about early ovulation as you all suggested and consultant said to start norethisterone a few days earlier than the prescription said- which I have.
I have though taken an FRER test this morning and think I've got the start of a potential positive.
I don't want to keep taking the norethisterone if it's a risk but equally don't want to stop and mess up the planned cycle for July if it's nothing!
Mixed info on Google about whether it would be harmful! 😩

Hi all, just joining.
In the midst of our 5th cycle, looking at FET w/c 8th July.
We were lucky to have DD back in 2021 but our last 3 cycles all ended in EPL.
Loss @ 9 weeks Nov 22, 13 weeks in May 23 and we lost twins @ 9 weeks last November.
Im finding I'm very numb to this round, feeling very disconnected and struggling. I know that mindset has a big impact but it's hard to feel anything really after so much loss. I feel so anxious all the time.
I hope everyone else is coping ok xxx

@Onthedouble123 hello! That’s a tough one. I’m not sure about ur clinic but in general norethisterone is not essential. My understanding can just start stims when ur period starts. So it may not mess up ur cycle anw. Personally I wouldn’t risk it with meds and a potential positive but your clinic should be able to advise!

@West8690 so sorry to hear of your heartbreaking few years. I am not surprised you’re feeling numb. It is a horrible process. I had a loss in November and 4 subsequent failed FETs since so while I don’t have the same, I can relate. You’re really strong and I admire the determination.

is this 5th FET another frozen from the collection your daughter was from? Sending luck. Are you doing natural or hrt?

First tracking scan today after 6 days on stims. I have 1 follicle. Dr has warned that it looks unlikely to be successful, trying to stay positive but looks like this is my last shot at becoming a mother coming to an end.

@GwenH82 Hopefully this will go up - how long have you got left on stims? When if your next scan?

@GwenH82 can they up your dose to give you a booster? Was that expected having that number or is it a shock? Hope you’re okay x

@Onthedouble123 frer positive as in….pregnancy positive or do they do ovulation sticks too? Sorry not clued up on frer sticks. Clear blue advocate over here 😂

@GCS34 FRER pregnancy test. I started taking various supplements at the recommendation of the clinic after our initial consultation and that seemed to bring ovulation early this month. And, potentially if not just an evap, improved my egg quality. I'm trying desperately (and failing miserably) not to get ahead of myself and carried away. But hoping and praying this is it! Xx

Guys, I’m supposed to contact my clinic on day 1 of my period which I was expecting on saturday but have started spotting. Do you know if first day of period means full flow or if first day includes spotting? thanks!

Next scan is on Friday. They can't up the dose as it is already at the highest. Might have to carry on stims til Monday and see then. I only had 3 follicles last time, I just hoped this time would go better. My age and low amh are against me really.

@GwenH82 most people are on stims for 2 weeks so it wouldn’t be too bad carrying on longer as Monday would be only day 11 right? I have 13 days of stims paid for to start and that’s the standard amount apparently.

@Onthedouble123 oh wow that’s amazing. Are you going to test tomorrow again? What dpo would you be?

@SamVan I’d contact them and say you’ve started spotting but day 1 from their pov usually means full flow.

@SamVan I would say full flow too. Whenever I log spotting in to my app to log period it never counts it as day one

Just come out of the dildo appointment hahaha. I start meriofert tonight and then cetrotide as well from next Tuesday x

@SamVan my clinic have just said to me that because I started bleeding on Tuesday after 5pm that they count day one of my period as Wednesday. This is an NHS clinic. I didn’t know that myself.

@SlinkMcSlink hurrah!!! Great news - a productive dildo cam session if you ask me 😉🫣 I have my scan next thurs so be starting then
