3/3 is a wonderful result, congratulations! Do you mind sharing what your AMH and AFC are? You mentioned they were very low and I wanted to compare as my doctor said my ovaries act as if AMH is much lower (3.9 last month but has ranged from 3 to 3.9 over the past year).
Thanks and fingers crossed for a good fertilisation rate too xx

@Mez456 Thank you! My clinic upped my Cyclogest from 2 to 3 times a day so I’m not sure if that helped this time.

@CRJ I think you asked how early I tested. It was six days after my five day transfer. My OTD was supposed to be 12 days after which I was going to wait for but had some bleeding and got nervous

@Warrier87 I think ICSI is a positive thing, it means you know they’ll be fertilised and they’ll be selecting the best quality sperm to give you the best hope. And as others have said, 4eggs is a great outcome! Keeping everything crossed for you

@MrsMotts congrats on your 3 eggs! I also use the rectal route for the pessaries - so much easier and less messy 😂

I've been soo quiet on here. Just trying to keep myself busy and not symptom spot and I'm only 2days in the 2ww!

How is everyone else feeling?

@Doughnut89 I'm petrified to test, but on the other hand very tempted. Part of me thinks I should just hold out to Monday now. Did you have any other symptoms apart from the bleeding?

@TTCMama17 & @KG1244 how are you two feeling in general? @KG1244 how are you coping with the feeling of wanting to test? I'm going to try and hold out.

@CRJ hi lovely, trying to not climb the walls 😂 had the odd strong cramping which I’m really hoping is good news. Eeek! I’m going to wait till Monday. I’m actually away this weekend for a family gathering which I’m really not looking forward to but hopefully it will be a good distraction. How are you doing? Have you got any symptoms? Xx

Unfortunately none of my 4 eggs fertilised via ICIS on my first round. Just going to wait for a review with the team. And keep going...

@KG1244 I've had cramping, some strong and some mild. Today I have a bit of a dull ache and had a headache since yesterday evening. I am feeling quite ran down, but I'm wondering if that's in my head. I actually think going away for the weekend will help pass the time. Is this your first transfer?

@Warrier87 I'm really sorry to hear about your eggs. I hope the review comes up with the next plan for you. Don't give up hope.

@KG1244 first for me. I'm feeling a bit more positive today. The last few days have been such a struggle. I was feeling so negative and down.

@CRJ it is honestly the worst thing, constantly second guessing. I also think I was quite naive going into it thinking that everyone succeeds first time. I really hope this the case for you as for many people, it does ❤️
Do you have anything planned to distract you before OTD?

Nothing planned, just going to rest and find a good series to binge watch 😂
I feel awful, I planned to be really healthy during the two weeks, but I feel like I've eaten a lot of junk, which you're not supposed to.
I do feel quite queasy today, sure its probably in my head.
How did you feel on your first round? Have you noticed any difference?

@CRJ I recently finished Fisk on Netflix which is a really funny easy watch. Don’t be hard on yourself, under non-IVF circumstances you wouldn’t even know and just eat as usual so I’m
not sure how much difference diet makes. So I think I have less symptoms this time around 😬😬😬

Unfortunately not good news for me on scan this morning 😭 and the clinic likely won’t be able to do another transfer till January now. Thanks to everyone for their support so far xx

@Ellenn I'm so sorry your scan didn't show good news. It's such a horrid shock after a positive test. And I'm sorry it will be such a wait until you can try another transfer. Sending lots of love and hugs at this difficult time

@Summerishere83 mine is 0.5 (so almost non existent!) and my AFC was 3 on the left, right wasn’t visible at baseline. So we’ve had an overall 5% chance of success from the beginning. As it went the right ovary pulled it out of the bag and we got 2 from that side and 1 from the left.

call this morning - 3 x mature eggs, only one has fertilised (one did but it only has one nucleus so that’s gone) So for now, we still have a shot and just have to hope it does what it needs to over the weekend 🤞🏼 It’s not over til it’s over ❤️

Heartbreaking to hear bad results here, hope everyone can be strong and look after themselves!
Thank you for your response @MrsMotts. I also had 3 follicles that responded this month and only one egg was collected as my right ovary is unfortunately difficult to access. So indeed my ovaries act as if AMH is lower.
You definitely have a shot, mine made it to transfer on day 5 at a decent grade.
Are you planning to transfer or freeze this cycle?

@Summerishere83 we’re booked in for transfer on Monday all being well - we weren’t given the option for freezing but I think we’d have gone for fresh either way. We have another cycle paid for (this is our first) so we’ll just crack straight on if we don’t succeed.

We’ve had 2 miscarriages in the last 18 months (very early) so we’re taking the positives that I’ve responded to meds and we’ve made it this far regardless. I’m working all weekend which I’m glad about - I can cope with Injections, steroids and suppositories. But the minute I have nothing to do but wait I go a bit mad!

@Summerishere83 i totally forgot to ask, have you frozen your one? Or transferred? I’m struggling to keep up with everyone 😂

@Ellenn absolutely gutted for you, I hope you have something nice planned for the weekend as a distraction. Thinking of you xx
