We filled up the first thread fast!!

@TTCMama17 yes I’ve just passed the point I miscarried at my last transfer so at least it’s a bit further! Just ideally what it to stay in there for another 8.5 mths 🙈

@Warrier87 ooh exciting! I was so nervous for the trigger incase I messed it up lol even though you are stabbing yourself all the time 🤣 egg collection Wednesday?

@Warrier87 Thanks, I'm hoping for a couple at least from those follicles. Very exciting about egg collection! Will it be Wednesday morning?

@Ellenn That's great news! I felt so pleased to pass that milestone in my successful pregnancy. I then spent a fortune on private scans up until I started to regularly feel movement, just to make sure things were still ok 🤦🏻‍♀️

@kirstysmbc thanks 😊 I am trying to be optimistic and just forgetting I’m pregnant as you just don’t know what’s going on there! I think if it is good news I will definitely be getting lots of private scans for sure!

sounds like your cycle is going ok and looking like you have a few in the running 🤞 how are you feeling?

@Ellenn Great approach, every day is one day closer to the scan 😊

I'm ok, glad there's a few follicles now playing catch up, just a bit worried that the quality might not be as good due to being on stims for longer. I had great egg to blastocyst ratios last cycle when I triggered on day 12, and the nurse did mention being on stims longer can have an impact on quality. But better too stim for longer rather than not having anything at all to collect!!

3 days after my EC finally feeling human again think the OHSS was trying to get me there but I think we're out of the woods for now!
Got my day 3 update today of 19 eggs collected 8 fertilised and still 8 today all looking good one lagging ever so slightly and one steaming ahead so they'll freeze that today and the others day 5/6.
It really is so so true that anyone that hasn't gone through infertility and ivf has no idea the emotional and physical toll it takes. Really appreciate having you all here and reading all of your stories, feels less lonely knowing someone else 'gets it' but I really do wish no one else went through what we are! Lots and lots of love to you all 💜💜💜

@TTCMama17 please post away! It’s such an isolating process and as much as I love DH, he can’t understand it in the same way.

@Ellenn yay. So exciting (and I’m sure, equally nerve racking!) will be thinking of you. Can I ask, and I know everyone feels so different in the 2WW, did you have many symptoms before your BFP?

@Ellenn - hahaha, right! Just took it. Had a Mike heart attack as couldn't see the numbers on the pen... but then realised it's just a single dose in the pen! Hahaha

@kirstysmbc - yup booked in for wed morning.. should be a fresh embryo transfer..but let's see

had my 3rd scan today. The initial big one was a cyst (I felt it pop the day after my first scan I think!) we have 3 good sizes follicles, and 2 smaller ones. We’ve opted for collection on Wednesday rather than risking losing the bigger ones. We’re draining everything so we could get anything from 1 - 3. Not out of the woods but really pleased to have made it to collection at least. We weren’t sure I’d respond to FSH as my AMH is so low.

Trying not to overthink and take each hurdle at a time! Will be thinking of you on Wednesday ❤️

@KG1244 i had some cramping about 5 days after and then cramping again around 9/10 days (roughly when period due I think?) I started feeling sick bang on 4 wks basically as I have done with previous transfers so think my body is just weird! That’s all though! When is your OTD again?

@Ellenn i’m getting odd waves of cramps but I think it’s probably the hormones. One week today - bricking it 😬

@KG1244 you can do this not long to go! Hopefully your embryo is getting cozy 🤞are you holding off till OTD? It’s definitely the way forward for me as I hate the faint line stage!

@kirstysmbc really pleased your scan went okay and things are looking more optimistic. How are you feeling in yourself? Are they aiming for a fresh if they can? Have you thought about if you’ll do a day 3 or a day 5?

@Ellenn im so excited and so invested in your scan!! Do you feel any different this time or is it all the same? I’ve got high hopes. 3rd time lucky I hope. As I swear 99% of the time it is down to luck really 😅

@TTCMama17 dont be daft about posting - that’s the whole point and if you can tell fellow ivf’ers and a bunch of hormonal, pin cushioned, deranged and masters of symptom spotting, who can you? 😂🥰

Thank you all! Today is transfer day and I will officially be PUPO from midday! I am so so so so nervous :( ! But also excited to finally be in the 2ww and see whether this cycle takes us! Thinking of you all today 🤗

@GCS34 I'm feeling ok, a little more optimistic. It's a bit frustrating that things are delayed as I've taken this week off work, so if ec is delayed to next week, I'll have to take more time off which will be challenging.

Depending on the number of embryos, I might be doing pgt, so will be aiming for 5 day, but will all depend on numbers...
