@LF82 glad you had a good holiday, washing is such a downer afterwards xx

call went well i am going to be on gonal 225 for this round, so lets see if that makes difference. still got weigh in on friday and only put on 3 pounds on holiday, and already lost 2 of those lol so hopefully i shall be magic 13 stone. all that will be left is pay the 7.5K and then i can look to order medication. i was suppose to be on my AF sunday, but i am still light so it hasnt kicked in yet. so hopeully if this cycle comes on quick i should be starting november with my treatment xx

@Jx3303 i have everything crossed for you 🤞 yes consultation later this afternoon. Before that my plan is to tidy/clean my house! Keep busy haha x

Morning @Crystal88 it was good, she explained more about what was going to happen which was helpful. Next step is scan on Monday to see if we can go to FET or if I need another month of down reg. how was yours? Or is it today?

Appointment is at 10 it’s only a weigh in, but I hate mid morning appointments working from home today but can’t motivate myself to do any work has I know I need to go out soon lol

plus my AF is here is a really heavy and feeling in pain with it. Was few days late not sure whether it was due to holiday or weight loss. All being well today I should get go ahead to start on next cycle so start of November.

still doesn’t feel really, but I’m sure has soon as I get my medication it will do. Just keeping fingers crossed that there no cyst this time and I won’t be worrying to much about how many focilies had last time I had 6 and only two eggs. Hoping new medication using gonal makes a difference xx

@Crystal88 got my fingers crossed for you that you get the go ahead to start next month. I found that my AF has been much, much more painful since having IVF. Make sure you have a nice hot water bottle to help with the pain. It’s all so hard isn’t it. Just keep remembering it’s quality of quantity x

Hello, hope everyone is ok. I just wanted to share an update… had my scan and bloods early & they have given the go ahead to start the process for the FET. So oestrogen tablets from tomorrow to grow my lining. And I guess another waiting game.

I’ve got my medication delivered today so it just waiting for my cycle to start, just finished one so probably looking at first week in November.

next few weeks will drag but trying to get most of my shopping done so I can concentrate on me when I’m having my jabs, I love Christmas so it should hopefully take my mind off things x

@Crystal88 keeping yourself occupied the next few weeks is a very good idea! I have had my first set of tablets today. Kind of wishing the next week away. Have ordered lots of nice fruit & veg on my online shop & going to make sure I get lots of waling in to help the lining to grow! X

Hi all- really hope everyone is doing well.

I know it’s a lot quieter on this thread now but just wanted to share a little update. We had a scan today & my lining is growing well so I am booked in for my FET next Monday. Scared, nervous & slightly excited all in one go. Going to continue to take it one day at a time so next step is to make it to Monday x

i just in that waiting stage now, I know my period is few weeks away so trying to plan for when it will be, but has you know nothing goes to plan with IVF

meant to be attending a works thing on 8th November and possible over night stay at Manchester but I might be injecting then and also not sure I have scan then so I haven’t accepted yet 😬, found out hotel had fridge just in case I can stay overnight

last two times I have told my family I was doing IVF this time everyone thinks I am doing it in Jan, which makes it hard coming up to Christmas as I need to keep making excuse on why I can’t plan shopping trip in or Xmas market has I don’t know what stage I will be at

I hate not being able to plan xx

hopefully the next few weeks will fly by for you! 🤞I know exactly what you mean about not being able to plan. I have found that so hard. I always worry as well if I say I am not having a drink people automatically assume you are pregnant - which is so far from the truth at the moment for me! X

@Crystal88 Hello! All good here, starting to feel some movement which is crazy and lovely.

Sending you masses of positivity for your next round. The planning thing with IVF is really difficult isn't it. It makes you live in the future so much. We were very vague with our families about timings on the last round. I think it helped take the pressure off a bit - but my family are extremely nosey and were constantly asking questions! Xx

@LF82 are you all prepared for Monday, what time is transfer xx

@countrypunk my family are the same, it will be hard for them not to notice, has we are a close family xx

@Crystal88 its at 1pm 🤞 I am as prepared as I can be I think. Trying to relax and not stress - easier said than done! Taking the progesterone pessaries (would rather be on injections haha) How are you doing? X

i am ok I had a mini melt down last night thinking am I doing the right thing doing another round, and what I could spend money on. Feeling better today, just waiting game now I think about a week before I will start, not sure if I’m ready lol. xx

@Crystal88 Thinking of you too, the money is daunting but I'm sure I read each kid you have ends up costing about 150k to raise so this is a drop in the ocean! (If that helps 😆)

@Crystal88 @countrypunk thank you both so much 🥰 Transfer went to plan and I am I guess now PUPO. It’s now just another waiting game I guess. Going to try & stay occupied for the next 10 days. My blood test is a week on Thursday 🤞

@Crystal88 i am always debating every decision I make. Glad you are feeling a bit better now though - definitely all this waiting for next steps messes with your head!

@LF82 wish you all the best, try not to over think any symptoms has everyone is different. Are you going to do pregnancy test On the day on test date or just wait for the blood test xx
