Haven't seen a thread for February cycles so if anyone is waiting to start in the next few weeks and fancies some cycle buddies ❤️

Little about me, 34yo TCC #1. Low AFC/AMH. After two disastrous NHS cycles (NE Scotland) which resulted in no transfer, we went private and are away to start our second mild IVF cycle at Create in Manchester x

@zarascan47 it defo is quality over quantity! The waiting part surely is more nerve wracking. How are you feeling after the collection? Xxx

@Katie12444 i worked home home were possible my work have been really good about it and also found a reusable ice pack a saviour stopped the injections stinging so much and i didnt seem to feel them as much

@zarascan47 thank you. That’s what I was thinking. I don’t think I could deal with going to work looking bloated and someone saying the wrong thing to me…

@THISISIT23 im not too bad slight cramps and need a good nights sleep apart from that feel fine .wasnt as bad as i thought it would be i was so nervous . Whats killing me now is the wait to hear they decided to do icsi on the eggs they got last min the nurse did say to me three were big and juicy so taking that as a good sign and trying to stay positive

@zarascan47 fingers crossed all works ok for you, have they said what time they are going to call you? Xxx

@THISISIT23 hey nope nothing i didnt ask to be fair either im off work tomorrow so least ill be home to deal with it if its bad news .so stressful

Hey, I commented before but was still waiting to get the ball rolling. I'm finally starting down reg tomorrow - is anyone about the same?

@LF82 thank you! I’m on a short protocol and period is on its way as feeling very crampy. Meds arrived today and it all feels suddenly very real. Now feeling frightened but need to take it day by day. Xx

@Purplemichelle hopefully you can start soon if cramps are starting! It’s my first round so I don’t have much experience but just take things one day at a time. Slightly nervous about my scan tomorrow - hoping things are going ok!

@LF82 yes fingers crossed. Cramps started on Monday and are getting progressively worse, I think this is the only time you want a period!!

The first scan is always the most nerve wracking, honestly by the second time you’ll be absolutely fine and amazed to see those follicles growing. Good let and let us know how you get on.

6 out off 9 have fertilised she said we are looking at Saturday or Monday transfer 😄

Morning ladies, Had my scan this morning, 6 follicles measuring between 6-14 mm. Is this good? Xx

@THISISIT23 I don’t get one 😭 I should get a message on my portal at some point about transfer date/time. I think she said today. But they have a do not disturb policy so I guess on Saturday I’ll find out in the morning whether I have something to transfer or not.

@THISISIT23 i have 2 fertilised eggs one looking really really good the other lower quality they are tracking first hurdle over with relief

@Lauralozzle the waiting is the worst! Hopefully you’ll find out soon enough xxx

@Purplemichelle first scan went well! I have 12 follicles, they seemed pleased but think they still have some growing to do. How are your cramps?

@LF82 thats amazing news particularly on the first scan!!! When’s your next scan? Cramps are very strong today but no sign of period yet. Just want to get going now!!
