Is anyone else having a FET this month? I think I will have my egg transfer next week. It's my first one.

I’m not getting my hopes up (of course I am). But I can see a very very faint line that it’s barely there but I can see something.

The tests I have at home I just realised are FRER rapid result not early result so they may be less sensitive. The packing says noticeable from day after period. So may I order some new ones today.

I got some clear lines this morning, hoping for good beta tomorrow.

@Crazyladywithacat I had my beta yesterday is was 800, which I think is ok.

But my projestrone was low at 56 nmol. I'm a bit upset about this as I know I'm at now at risk of MC. Need to go back on Tuesday.

You test today looks great! Do update us on you beta results.

@Aim2912 800 is very high right? I remember my first pregnancy beta test was at 200s. Don’t think I tested progesterone (or I just don’t remember)

@Aim2912 amazing beta there! Quite high for 12dp and I know you transferred two, so you never know it can be twins. :)

I totally get the fear over progesterone, I have also had a previous miscarriage and I am now on double dose of cyclogest (800
Morning and 800 evening) and 1 injection of progesterone in oil at nigh, to support progesterone Worth having a chat with clinic to ease your mind?

Here anxious for Beta tomorrow.

Lines are dark still, even more than yesterday, but I am terrified of my beta results after last cycle Beta hell.

Was dreading this digital for some reason. My IC is not the most sensitive but it picked it up. What days did you have your betas? I’ll arrange my own so want to pick the best days.

@morganablue my betas were a nightmare last time out. It started at 70, 78, 193, 612. At that stage we were full sure it was MC. The next beta was 7,333 but the doctor still said pregnancy of unknown viability. 4 week later I finally had a d&c. That was tested and came back as trisomy 16.

I really hope this one is a completely different journey.

@Crazyladywithacat the hcg is high now looking at ranges online, so maybe two have implanted! Will see how it develop on tuesday.

@morganabluewill your clinic test your progesterone tomorrow as well? I remember you saying it was 15 last time. Is that ng or nmol. The measures really confuses me when googling!

That line certainly is alot darker! Really do hope it goes well for you now that your on the higher dose of progesterone. Positive thoughts prayer for you both.

I'm on 400g cyclogest twice a day and lubion injection 25mg twice a day now they have added crinone in at twice a day. I hate the crinone side effects but I hope they work!

@Hopefull1981 most clinics do beta at 9dpt or 14 days. If you had a 5 dt the 9 day test should put you in the 4 week range for hcg. The clear blue test you have when that goes to 2 to 3 weeks you will know your hcg is over 150 then when it gets to 3+ your hcg would be over 2700. So you can use that the review it if you clinic is not doing a beta. Hope that helps

my clinic do not do beta checking. Is this something some clinics do every 48 hours?

thanks everyone. New tests on there way, being delivered by good old prime tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a stronger line.

@Aim2912 yes, they always test both.
Last time my progesterone was actually good, and first beta was 15.9, which of course was too low for viability. It did double few time and finally at 5 weeks 6 days started declining.

This time they gave me more progesterone even, but they were happy with level generally.

It's the hcg that terrifies me. Hoping for an encouraging number.

My clinic test both hcg and progesterone after you have a positive test at home. They then check if doubles and usually speaking repeat blood work until you are around 1000. I don't think NHS treatment does the same, I think after home test they book you a scan directly.

As my clinic is private, I don't know if I would be able to afford to do loads of beta, as it is around £90 each time.

If all is well, they also book a scan with nurse or Dr at week 6, but this also costs around 160-300, so again, I may see how beta goes and just refer myself to Early pregnancy unit for the scan.

Yes I'm having a re test tomorrow, but I think every clinic is different. I'm only have the re test done due to the low progesterone. Otherwise I would have not done it. Like morganablue mentioned these test are charged on top of the FET for private patients. So if tomorrow is all ok I wont re test again.

You might be able to get your gp to do your test if you get you stronge postive, I know most say no but if you explain youve done ivf and the reassurance would help they might do it. I did this for when I had a feeling I was having a chemical mc on a natural cycle and they did it.

Got the result back beta at 189. They said it’s really good because they are looking for 50-100. Will test again on Wednesday

Very cautious and I have a very guarded heart.
