@LKSF negative this morning so all good for scan on Wednesday! Still coughing and a bit bunged up but so much better than last week!

@LKSF will do. Came off all the meds last Friday so feels a bit weird! Just need to get to the scan for some reassurance now

I am so sorry to my silent, it's been an incredible busy last 10 days.
Glad to hear @Coops0406 you are now testing negative for Covid and tomorrow you'll able to go to your scan!
@LKSF when is your 16weeks scan?

So a little update from us, we had our OTD yesterday and officially I'm pregnant!

I'm testing positive over a week now I just couldn't believe it, or didn't want to gear my hopes up too much but I had a dye steal on Sunday! Beta was 1217 yesterday (13dp5dt) so no more bloods just our first scan on the 1st November. Ageees away!

Had 1 day of panic as I found some dark progesterone left over last Wednesday, but so far so good 🤞
No symptoms at all, sometimes some twinges and sharp pain in boobs but other than that I feel completely normal. When did your nausea/morning sickness kicked off?

Yes, should be good for the scan tomorrow, desperate for get there and hopefully get some reassurance again!

I never had any sickness, but started with the metallic taste in my mouth and just a bit not sure of what I wanted to eat about a month after the transfer, it was beginning of September for me. Had sore boobs the whole way through, not feeling as sore since stopping my meds but definitely massive, apparently! 🤣

@Dobcaty ahh that’s amazing news!!! Congratulations!!! Symptoms for me didn’t really start until 12weeks, they seem to be easing now though! But I was anaemic at my 12week bloods and I’ve been on iron tablets since so maybe they’ve helped!! My 16week scan is 23rd Oct! X

Doing ok thanks, been waking up with a hangover type feeling (tired headache nausea) for the last 10days but felt fine this week. Back to no symptoms and worrying haha. How are you doing? When’s your 20week scan? x

@LKSF soooo tired also having tired headaches but annoyingly some that wake me up. Been taking paracetamol and using Kool n sooth strips.

Not had my 20 week scan date yet but supposed to have a 16 week scan which I have been calling about all day with no joy! As I'm 16 weeks next week! If they aren't going to do one, I'm going to pay for one x

I'm bleeding, just had a gush feeling went to the toilet and saw my underwear soak through...

@Dobcaty this happened to me twice, go to your local Emergency Pregnancy unit ( EPU)

They did bloods and scanned me x

@PMAmostofthetime called my clinic, they did blood, numbers are doubling. But they won't scan earlier than next week, which we are going to discuss today. Really hope that one a one off episode...

@Dobcaty good that the hcg is doing the right thing. Must be hard having to wait but try to keep positive. Has the bleeding stopped?

@LKSF I don't think I've really had many symptoms the whole way through...maybe touching on nausea but not really! On iron now which is making me constipated!

@PMAmostofthetime are you due to get an nhs 16 week scan? I think I just have a consultant appointment at 16 weeks.

We had our 12 week scan on Wednesday...our due date has moved forward by a couple of days so we are actually 13 weeks yesterday. Baby doing well, the sonographer let us watch baby for about 10 minutes before she started trying to get him/her to turn so she could do the measurements. It was unbelievable seeing the growth in 2 and a half weeks! Could see fingers and the face was so clear!

@Coops0406 I was supposed to have an nhs 16 week scan but after chasing it up to day I'm no further along. I have a midwife appointment next week so will ask then. Not met my consultant yet. If they don't arrange a scan I'm going to ask them to refer me for a private one as I'm anxious that it was said it was needed. I don't want to go to a sneak peak one as I need it to be a health trained professional scan.

Awwww that's lovely- I found it amazing seeing the progress so quickly.
They wouldn't move our due date based on measurements as they know exactly when the baby was conceived.

@Dobcaty I’ve only just caught up, didn’t get any notifications for some reason! That must have been terrifying for you but thats really good that your numbers have doubled, did you manage to get a scan?x

@PMAmostofthetime have you any updates on your nhs 16wk scan date yet? When’s your midwife appointment? I’ve got mine on Monday!

@LKSF had my midwife appointment Tuesday- she chased up the scan and said that there is no need for one- so going to book probate I think for next week. I will then have 20, 24, 28,32 and 36 week scans if needed. Will find out first week of Nov.

Midwife appointment was great and got to hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time- she also let me record it x

Had a scan yesterday and found out we’re having a boy 💙

@PMAmostofthetime i’ll be 17weeks on Friday. I think I’m like 3days behind you? We thought it was a girl as I’m craving sweet things.
Are you going to find out?

we said no- but now we keep changing our minds.

I won't find out until the 20 week scan now though if we do 🙈.

Iv been off sweet things so everyone thinks it's a boy except one family member.

I have no idea 🙈 x

@PMAmostofthetime my friend got them to write it in an envelope at 20weeks, and it’s still sat there as they’re not sure if they want to know. So you could do that 🙈
All the Myths pointed towards girl for me so I really don’t think you can tell 😬 x
