@PMAmostofthetime I was seeing line progression on the frer tests but not on the one-step tests over the course of the 2 weeks before my beta (I tested day 5 and was daily testing till day 14). I believed the frer tests were right at the time but it turned out that the one-step ones were right, my hcg level rise was too low, on day 14 my beta was 100 when it should have been at least 200 (ideally over 300 and some people get thousands). So basically the frers are great for early pregnancy detection but I think the cheapie tests are better for checking up on a rise of HCG levels! Although if you get a dye stealer or quickly see the pregnancy line on an frer test then that's a good sign too 👍

@Hopefortansy85 honestly the only thing I had was the day before I tested I though was period pains.
Yea tested again early with this mornings collected wee and it still a BFP exactly the same line as yesterday. I'm going o try not test until sat now and then OTD Monday.

I thought I bought 2 boxes from Amazon but another one just came and I bought 2 boxes in boots so I have 9 FRER left incase I cave 😂🙈

@Herewegoagain881 that's good to know, I may did my HCG rapid tests out. I do get instant lines on FRER but I will definitely check I did two this morning on the small test strips which were BFP x

@PMAmostofthetime that is really reassuring to know it’s hard not to go, ooh I have a bit of a cramp or felt funny just to get over the fact you have felt absolutely nothing, and that might mean it hasn’t worked!
Im hoping this is the one for us, we are very ready it’s a very slow process .
My husband rubs my belly every night and says ‘hatch, attach and bed in, little one’🤣 totally nuts!
The FRER from Amazon seem the cheapest but the worst to wait for! We get given a clear blue by out clinic, definitely blue but far from clear. We have a digital in our cupboard from last time so, if , we get pregnant this time I’m going to wait a few days and take that, I feel the word ‘Pregnant’ might stop me testing further. But I doubt it, I’m probably going to want to see progression 😂

@PMAmostofthetime @Hopefortansy85 I was wide awake from 1-4ish lastnight and had very mild period cramps, but then I’m not sure if that’s just cramps from the progesterone bloating! I’m sooooo scared to test, I’d rather my period arrive than to see another negative test 🤦🏻‍♀️ @PMAmostofthetime I need your strength!!! X

@LKSF im getting funny pulls and tugs, yesterday I had a random sharp pain that went down my leg, but I’m putting it down to progesterone, been playing ‘fart or cramp in my head’ proper bubbly Tummy the last week . When’s your OTD?
you may steal it.. I’m sure my husband wouldn’t mind 😂😊

@Hopefortansy85 these symptoms drive you crazy don’t they, sometimes I swear they’re all in my head 🙈
My OTD is Sunday!!!! My clinic want me to have a HCG blood test done if my test is positive so I’ve just had to call the doctors to schedule that in ‘just in case’ although they didn’t have any blood appointments for next week so I’m hoping when my doctor calls me on Monday he’ll be able to fit me in!(If I need it) x

@LKSF you can do it- my period arrived 9dp5dt last time- so I knew o had to get past that to test what day are you? Are you the same as me 11dp5dt? Are you going to test tomorrow or are you waiting until Sunday?

@Hopefortansy85 honestly I thought I was out- I even told OH I had period cramps and it hadn't worked- that's why when I threw up he said just do a test at least we will know.

when they put the Embryo in my Consultant said snuggle in and stay there for 9 months little one- grow big and strong.

I still have those weird cramps- they freak me out now and I'm still afraid of seeing AF.

@PMAmostofthetime I think I was 9dp5dt aswell on my first fresh transfer when AF arrived and then my second two FET, AF arrived a couple of days after my OFT!!
You’re 1day in front of me I think, I had my transfer on the 20th so I’m 10dp5dt! I think I’ll wait until Sunday….My other half is at football tomorrow so It’s just me and my step son all day and I know if the tests negative I’ll be a mess, so probably not ideal 🙈
Were you just randomly sick just that once?x

@LKSF I would just do it, test is 2 days away 😬 but I’m like the devil and my husband on the other shoulder would be like wait it out 😂🤣. The thing you have to think is it’s not game over you still have two days to wait if it’s a negative. I’m next Sunday so a week behind you.

@PMAmostofthetime I never got my AF until I stopped the progesterone I didn’t know you could get it until you stopped that. But if you have I can see how period like cramping could make you worry!
The last embryo they used was a 4AA but the embryologist said that it was slow then had a spurt at the end,which for some reason when I had it put in, made me feel a bit uneasy, like it was going to burn itself out. I read a medical paper the other week saying stalled cleavering then rapid cleavering can be a sign of chromosomal abnormalities. So maybe I was right to feel a bit uneasy about it’s growth spurt from being one of the smallest embryos. I feel more comfortable with this 4AB one so hoping it’s the one! 🤞🏻But if you go on percentages. 40%-46% work for my age etc and I had six so I just have to find those two that are right. Hope this is one! Then we would have 4 for another time if we want another.

@LKSF yes just once I've been sick- the thought of chicken- makes me feel sick.
And yesterday evening I felt sick but wasn't sick. I had my ET on the 18th.

I'm getting strange pains in my hips and ribs but I think that's progesterone. I still don't believe i'm pregnant! Writing that seems insane.

@Hopefortansy85 i had AF 9dp5dt last time and had to continue with progesterone until OTD which was day 14 it was awful. I had a 3A/B put in. I have 2 3BB's in the freezer x

@PMAmostofthetime Ah ok your two days ahead of me then! What does the number before the lettering mean? My clinic just said it was a double AA they transferred, she didn’t say a number! Gosh I can imagine….you’ll probably feel like that until your scan, or when you start to have a cute little bump 🥰

@PMAmostofthetime@LKSF in was told that pretty much any embryo can be viable and it’s just a ranking system for the embryologist to put them in order for transferring. Looks like we all had good quality embryos put in so here’s hoping we all follow in your footsteps @PMAmostofthetime !!

@LKSF the number I think is how far it has expanded I think a 6 is hatched, the letters are the construction of the cells to form the placenta and the cells that will form the fetus, I think.

Mine said it was the rate which they progressed to blast so I guess I'm middle range as the range was 1-5 so could be a girl or a boy.

If we get to the 20 week scan and all is ok- I'll start to believe it x

My previous clinic only ever mentioned letters aswell 🤷🏻‍♀️I’m so tired….the last two nights I’ve only had about 5hours sleep, waking up with anxiety about testing tomorrow 😱🙈 I just want my boobs to start hurting or to be sick or something….some kinda symptom to give me hope 😂

@LKSF try not to worry too much it won’t do anything for you. Even if you just go for a 20min lie down with your feet up and read a book or watch a film for an hour just try and distract yourself. Fingers crossed for you tomorrow, tell us how you get on, all here to support each other whatever the outcome. I’ve read loads of articles from women, saying you can feel absolutely nothing and still be pregnant and that they were dumbfounded because they thought it hadn’t worked. You just don’t know until that test Xx

Girls…..I can’t believe I’m writing this but I got my BFP!! This is a total pinch me moment and I feel like I’m in a dream!!

haha It was down when I was trying to load it at 5am this morning 😂
we’ve been TTC for 3.5years - unexplained fertility! Three rounds of ivf in 2020(1fresh 2FETS) and we had BFNs!
We made the decision to do our 4th try abroad, our clinic in the U.K. was lovely but I couldn’t go ahead with a 4th knowing nothing had changed! After a lot of research we went to Athens in December and we had a really positive experience! Please don’t think there’s something wrong with you ❤️I NEVER thought my body could do this, and I know it’s so early so anything can happen but it’s proof you just really don’t know what’s around the corner.

If its any help to anyone, the things that I done differently were:
Strict GF Diet for a year prior to egg collection (I had an intolerance)
I had a Chicago test(immune) I had elevated NK cells so medication for that was in my ivf protocol.
I had a Hysteroscopy to remove dead skin cells/scarring and a biopsy to confirm no infections
I had acupuncture before and after my egg transfer
I had an endometrial scratch and the embryo glue
