Is anyone else due to start treatment July 2022 or around then?

I thought to make this thread so that we can all have a chat whilst going through treatment so that we don't feel alone.

@mooneagle im so sorry your going through this so glad to hear the baby is ok I hope it remains this way and the bleed stops

Update from us finally got out the hospital today with DD after a long terrifying 13 days. I will call the clinic Monday to tell them it's 10 days prior my AF so we can start the medication ready for FET. I start a new role next week (Thursday) so hopefully have a lot of stuff to keep my mind of things maybe a little bit too much lol

I'm starting my oestrogen tomorrow for FET, lining scan next Friday. I'm assuming 2ww will start first week of October anyone else on a similar time scale?

im back on stims, day 3 today. Scans Thursday & Friday then back to Spain on Sunday - 3rd time lucky hopefully 🙏🏼

I did a mock transfer cycle last month to do an endometrial biopsy - awaiting results but DAMN that hurt 😳😳 All looked great with lining etc though 👌🏼

How are you both feeling?

I'm 12 weeks today and as you can tell by the time have awful insomnia- I think it's due to anxiety. My last scan was at 9 weeks and my 12 weeks scan is a week today so really worried atm.

Also bloated and been unable to wear jeans since week 7. Bought a bigger pair and they still didn't fit refused to go 3 sizes bigger already so gave up jeans lol 😂

@Kelb79 oh I have never heard of a mock transfer cycle before I hope you get the answer you wish for, what does it do exactly if you don't mind me asking? I really hope everything goes well for you this time, defo have fingers crossed 🤞 3rd time lucky

@PMAmostofthetime wow12 weeks already that has gone really quickly will you tell people after your scan if you haven't already.
Sorry I can't help with insomnia I've never suffered in the sleep department lol I hope your next scan gives you more reassurance I think I started to chill more first time round after that and the sickness stopped at 14 weeks.

@Tonim86 I think we will have to tell people in the morning I don't look pregnant by the afternoon I'm bursting 😂🙈.

I will only tell people if it's good news and I don't need any extra of the screening tests though. I fear because of my age I will need them and I will want the full results so that when I tell people I can tell them everything at once if that makes sense.

I think I will stress right up to delivery, the nausea stopped around 2 weeks ago just get now and again. Usually at the most inconvenient times- like when I'm driving and no where to pull over, in a work meeting 😂 nightmare x

@PMAmostofthetime yes I get it totally it's so hard not to tell people especially when we have been on such a journey to get a BFP a few of my family and friends know I'm doing ivf as I went away with friends and needed to get the meds through the airport and injecting etc so was hard to avoid. Plus our parents too with having to rely on there support for my daughter a few days a week it's hard to hide a fridge of random meds lol.

If/when we get a positive this time I'm going to try and not tell everyone else for a little while try and stay in a bubble for a little while

@Tonim86 we have had some close calls, had to go to the car to have injections when out with friends once 😂🙈.
Was convinced the police were going to arrest me for drug use.

I'm so scarred this week I wish Wednesday would hurry up and all is ok at the scan x

Going slightly out of my mind here, I am 5 days late with cramps. Poas yesterday bfn and today this on a clearblue 🙄 😪 I mean who gets half a line!?? 🤣🤣🤷🏼‍♀️

I agree try a first response in the morning are you in your 2ww atm? It may take a few days to get clearer I definitely can see some of a line was that after the test wait or a good while later? I read on a group if left for a while later the ink/line can spill

Hey everyone! How are you all?
I’m back on stims, day 7 today, flying to Spain tomorrow., Triggering Monday, EC Wednesday.
All pretty much set in stone because my follicles have gone nuts again like the first time!!! 😩
some at 15mm by day 5 and grew to 19 about 30 hours later 😳😳😳
got 6 follicles 10-20mm and a few smaller ones.
just praying they hold on and I don’t ovulate early again 😐😐😐😐

@PMAmostofthetime this time has been really tough so far! 😵‍💫 I’m bloated as hell as it’s soooo uncomfortable 😣 the needles won’t go in easily for some reason and I’m absolutely exhausted!!
OH has been a nightmare too! His Dad dying has really hit him and he’s all over the place 😵‍💫
not much longer at least!!

Ahhhh @Kelb79 I'm so sorry to hear that, such a difficult time in life. OH losing a parent whilst longing to be one himself 😢.

The needles wouldn't go on me so I went to my local pharmacy and explained and they gave me thicker ones which terrified me, but they went in smoothly no bruising and wasn't anymore painful than the other times ( when they went in fine).

I'm soooooo tired and moody, also very anxious and can't wait for my scan Wednesday x

too late to change anything now though …. Just had final scan…. 8 lovely healthy looking follicles! Best yet!! Triggering today for Wednesday 🫣🫣🫣 eeeek!!

Oh @Kelb79 so sorry to hear your having a rough time with it all and OH dad so sad so much emotions I can imagine, does he go to Spain with you?
Great news about this mornings follicles hopefully there will be a few more come Wednesday I really hope it goes well. I have got my lining scan Friday for FET hopefully put back the following week maybe we will be in the 2ww wait together 🤞🤞

@PMAmostofthetime I hope Wednesday goes ok and it comes around quickly im sure everything will be fine hopefully they will be able to reassure you. It's so difficult to try and enjoy the scans when you have been through so much to get there xx

@Tonim86 nope, I’m here with my mum as OH needs to stay to run our restaurant. It’s good though I think - IVF is soooo tough on relationships, the space is good for us!
I’ll be a bit behind you… we’re banking for PGT-A testing so we’ll be frozen transfer (as long as we have one to transfer 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼) about 35-40 days after collection. Praying!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Oh yes I remember now your testing too we did the same I had to have 2 full periods and then called up 10 days before I was due on my 3rd it seem like forever but thankfully we there now.
Yes I think going there with your mom is a good idea little time apart always seems to help too

@Kelb79 as a needle phob I was like ummm nope- but it worked.

So excited for you, hopefully you'll never need that info again!

Hopefully lucky Wednesday for us both :) enjoy the time with your Mum and I agree- space is needed sometimes along with plans around IVF for just the two of you.

Went for my lining scan today all looking good I think it was 9.8mm start on progesterone pessaries tomorrow embryo transfer on Thursday will be having progesterone levels checked Wednesday and if low will start Lubion, our clinic never use to do this when had round in 2018 so looks like they have made some improvements. Actually feeling excited now ☺️ hope everyone is doing ok
