Okay, they said Friday, but I have 2 hours difference so I am adding a whole day. Is something wrong with me? Everyone I know on this stage can't stop themselves from testing early, and here I am, afraid to pee!! 🤦‍♀️

@Bluebonnet3 2 chances are still chances! How are the 2WW treating you?

I will also admit to you ladies something that I am so embarrassed to talk with anyone else... I've read the books, I have studied, I promise I am educated, but still I am afraid to stand, or to be sitting, I am trying to keep my legs and pelvis higher than the rest of my body in case the embryo falls... Oh my as I am typing this I feel like such an idiot. 😬

@IsabelHerna i felt worried at first too! But try not to worry & take it easy. I avoided any heavy lifting or cleaning. It was a great excuse not to and let the OH do everything 🤣

@IsabelHerna ah sorry no, when I say natural I mean unmedicated. So I’ll have a frozen transfer but it will be done alongside my normal period and ovulation without drug intervention!

I'd been really chilled about it until now, but today I'm getting nervous and convinced it hasn't worked... again 😫 it's my second cycle, I think it will be slightly less crushing this time, as my expectations were so rudely adjusted last time when I naively thought it would just work first time 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have no symptoms, and I know, rationally (like you I've literally read ALL the books!) that most women don't have symptoms before 6 weeks, but on these boards everyone seems to be nauseous 2 hours after ET that I've become a bit convinced that no symptoms equals BFN - even if I know it isn't true... 2WW is hard 🥲

How about you? How are you feeling about it all?

@luckyNovember I had no nausea at all in the 2ww. I think most people don't have it. Best of luck for the test. Fingers crossed for a bfp.

Thanks @Bryterlayter1 ! How are you getting on now? Did you have your first scan yet... it must be due around now? And how are you feeling?

Good news! I did a hpt this morning (8dp 5dt) and got a faint line, so BFP!!! Tomorrow is OTD for my blood test, so hopefully that will confirm. My clinic also does repeat bloods two days after a positive, so hoping for continued good news this week.

I took most of last week and all of this week off work, following the clinic's recommendation. To keep myself occupied in the 2ww I've been making myself a fancy dress costume for this weekend: I'm going with a friend to the Bridgerton secret cinema. Should be fun!

Ladies, I've got great news! I got a freakin BFP! I can't believe it... I actually didn't believe it, because my 1st positive test was last Saturday, and then a whole week of my mind and my fears playing games on me...

Fantastic news, @IsabelHerna !!! Was today official test day?

I had my repeat beta hcg levels today, 6 days after OTD positive blood test, and the levels are rising at the right rate so far (doubling every 2-3 days), so good news here as well.

Clinic also said my progesterone levels are good (actually a bit high, but that shouldn't cause any problems) and to continue taking 1 cyclogest 2x daily.

Heyy @EasterBunny7 im doing good thanks, we saw our little baby this week at the 12 week scan. Was waving at us 🥲 everything looking good and was low risk for the combined screening test. Stopped the meds last weekend so enjoying first week without them and hoping second trimester will be more fun. How are you doing and what stage are you at with the process now? xx

I'm okay, I had a TWW meltdown yesterday but feeling better today ! Test day sunday with my last frozen embaby from first egg collection so I'm feeling the pressure, and no symptoms so I'm not feeling very positive !

@IVFGotThis05 omg had the same thing, meltdown. No reasons why, just thought it hadn't worked. I'll probably be testing on Saturday so I've got the weekend to recover if it's bad news. Fingers crossed for us both!
